Restaurant servers tips (ICO) idea!!!
Ok so I want to start this off by saying IF you go out to eat at any (dining) restaurant and you do not tip. You are the worst kind of person on this planet! I want to also add that if your servers gives all out trash service I do not expect you to tip! But if you go out to eat and you recieve amazing service you should tip 20%.

Ok so I do not know how to add pictures to reddit (I will later)but I have a Christmas list here of a lady who my girlfriend waited on today at an unamed restaurant. Anyways this lady came in and sat in my girlfriends section for 2 hours she purchased 2 meals one for her and her daughter. And together a piece my GF refilled both of their drinks 3 times. Altogether the meal costs her $26 keep in mind that my gf had 2 sides thrown in for free.

I want to add that my gf is an amazing server goes above and beyond for even the rudest of people. So when this girl left after being waited on 2 hours. She left my gf a $1.74 tip. So my gf was cleaning up this table and finds a christmas list that the lady had left behind

MOM - PURSE (check) $48 Dad smoker (check) 140$ Names disclosed Person #1 Cashmere $45

2 2 movies $15
3 kiss tickets $50
4 (jerry /lynn) gift card $30 each
5 seat covers $90
School shirt $37 # kiss ticket $50

6 Kiss $50 leather jacket $30
7kitchen set $40
8 carseat $70
9 boots $30 Cozy Coupe $52
Bath n body $40

Total $818 in Christmas gifts yet all she can tip is $1.74 20% being $5.20...

I want you all to know my gf strictly lives off tips, she averages (after) taxes around 7-$10 a week, ROUGHLY 2-$250 (TIPS) for 35 hours or so a week. If you are one of the upper class living members of society and you do not tip 20% or even DO NOT TIP AT ALL COME JUDGEMENT DAY (IF THERE IS ONE) I HOPE YOU HAVE AN EXPLANATION FOR YOURSELF! We have an 8 year old daughter that we take care of and her mother on hospice with stage 4 COPD and emphazema. We live off a strict income to provide for our daughter we work different shifts as someone always has to be here with her mother at all times. What we spend on our daughter this year is around $145 for christmas as its all we can afford.... and she cant tip just $2 I want to create a project that is strictly for servers call it TIP coin or something. Make it a POW coin and send 6% of fees recieved to Childrens hospitals. Local animal shelters etc. And always remember YOUR SERVER USUALLY MAKES LESS THE $3 AN HOUR BE HUMBLE! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

LETS MAKE A COIN FOR WAITERS AND SERVERS OR JUST FOR TIPS IN GENERAL.

Make sure you leave your servers a decent tip this Christmas (the also do not make bonus... Thanks for reading please pass it on and pay it. Forward....

Should I move this to meta not sure if its correct section?

Your proposition was good. If possible, can you provide more specifications on your said proposal? And many additional terms of usage? And if you may, if you already have a whitepaper can you please give us the link. Thank you

I honestly have none of that, and know nothing about designing a coin, creating a smart contract, crowfunding or any of that. This is just an issue I deal with on a daily basis. I am sure that I am not the only one. My goal is to strengthen the Crypto community. As well as come up with ideas that would make make life easier and ttransactions more secure...  If I had the money, I would design something like this myself (well pay someone too design it for me) lol as I have no idea how to run a project. I just hope maybe there are devs who do and are willing to take my idea into consideration. I will help any and every way I possibly can though!!! Oh and I want 10% if you steal my idea lol.

ideas like this will never work. simply because you are asking for a coin with only one use case and to acquire that coin one would have to go through a conversion (exchange) that will cost them money and also they would have to carry around an additional tool (wallet) so that they are capable of using that token!!!

people simply will never go for it. not to mention that they may even tip less because now they have to cover the exchange fees that they paid! not to mention the volatile price of any token that is out of your control, you may get tipped $10 and the price may fall down to $5 by the end of the day.

Actually I did a research and find many of the restaurant are paying much than minimum wage and servers are relying on the tips only.

But what I did not understand.

1. How this unethical setup is so legal?
2. Why the burden (why that person is worst) is on some unknown person who will walk in and paying premium price on food?
3. Why/How people submit to exploitation scheme like this?

Instead of creating a TIPS ICO, if you come across something that will able to give at least a minimum wage for work then nobody will work for these restaurant on the wages they provide.

Agree with your point of view, especially the current cryptocurrency market downturn, many projects have not succeeded, unless your project has a strong market, otherwise failure is inevitable. How do you surpass the existence of dog currency? This is an unknown number.
