I am planning to start my own hosting website like bithost.io (reselling digitalocean). Is it still feasible to do it still? I am planning to have the same price as digitalocean.

You're using free credit and then use their API to resell? I mean how could it be profitable If you're going to sell at the same price?

Regardless though, you will have to compete with both Bithost.io and BitLaunch. I suggest checking at their prices first. If you're not offering something new or competitive rates, there is no reason for people to use a new service.

I am planning just to add a small commission but still have lower prices than bithost. Bitlaunch seems to have really high prices. I am also planning to add windows as an option on the server.

I used Bithost for some time when I was in need of a VPS server and it was ok. If you can offer better prices, I may go with you in the future.

I'd probably just add a one time flat-rate fee to every order (or yearly); I've seen many companies like this flourish (not just VPS re-selling: games, etc)

I'd say go for it. I'd probably spend an extra couple bucks to pay in Bitcoin vs fiat. But don't go overboard.

I am planning to bill it by the hour or days like digitalocean then just give discounts if paid monthly.

Edit: nvm, it was rendering a weird font for some reason, but it is fixed now.

I mean, it depends. If you're just going for something just similar to bithost then I'm not sure how you're going to get people to use your VPS. It'd be feasible if you have a sort of marketing strategy or something in general that could let people use your service instead of bithost.
