I do not think that the rise in the market for a week was the beginning of the bull season. However, I think the bull season will start soon. And I think that these small rises in the market are the preparation of big investors before the bull season. As far as the answer is question, yes the bull season is the enough strong to end the bear season. And so when the bull season begins, there will be huge increases in coin prices.

I joined crypto in 2017 And now i feel that crypto need big changes to get grow from there. Firstly crypto need some regulation to control scam And bring back confidence of investor.till Then these green signal are temperory. I think that if we take into account the dynamics of the cryptocurrency market at this point in time, then we can assume that bulls will be able to move the bear market from zero point.

Yes, its really unpredectable to happen, but we can do to help the market more powerful and strong by means of sharing positive feedbacks towards cryptocurrency stability, in return many people and investors will put big capital investment for a long term procedure.

That is right, the bull is strong to move the price forward to a higher point but our actions can hasten things up, such as strictly publishing only good things about cryptocurrency, more especially Bitcoin because if Bitcoin is doing very fine, all other projects will do fine too.

But, we need to be very careful too in promoting projects that will end up discouraging investors by scamming them, we need to research thoroughly to be sure that such project has a strong integrity and a very good products with outstanding team members that would do anything to make the project a successful one.

The bull run is an indication that the market is very well alive, those people who are in Crypto since 2011 will not give up and will continue to invest if the indication is good, I don't think that people that invested and made a good profit since 2011 will not support the current bull run.

The bull run was indeed a sign that the market is much alive but you're not correct when you said those people who are in crypto since 2011 won't give up and will continue to invest because the last time I checked only crypto investors and traders that understand the genuine concept behind crypto will never give up and continue to invest in crypto currency.
However, the bull market seems strong than bearish market this days.

Exchanges only platform that people used to trading. Even there is a rumour that exchange sometime behind crypto price's manipulation. But i think they can considered as whales too.
