Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I barely understand what you are asking. Let's shred this;
on the world is many ICO/STO + without ico/sto  blockchain projects, they are coming on network all month.

for example in singapore and in my country to, is many project, and they arenot on bitcointalk,  haw i can find them?
Does this means that you want to make an ANN thread for them? or you want to look for their ANN? if it's not found here in the forum then there's none. There are coins that doesn't go directly here in the forum and oblige of creating their ANN. It's because they can update things on their social media accounts/pages or website.

is many project, and they arenot on bitcointalk,  haw i can find them?

There are plenty of websites that announce or rate upcoming ICOs. I've encountered some of them, but didn't care to make a list.
I remember icobench.com and a google search returned coinschedule.com , https://tokenmarket.net/ico-calendar/upcoming and others.

what is your favorite webs on way for search them?

I don't really look for investing into new ICOs, especially if they are not announced in here.

and what is you favorite website for trusted newss about blockchain?

I don't have a favorite site and I don't trust the news much.

But I'll come back to the ICO announcements subject: if they are not here on Bitcointalk I don't care and I'll tell you why.
Here there are many people and the forum is independent. The result is that if an ICO is scam, there are plenty of chances that people will find out and post that. If an announcement is not here, one has to do quite a lot more research by himself.

If an upcoming project doesn't have an ANN thread or anyone talking about it on this forum, then I would view it with a bit of suspicion - but that's from a western perspective.
Perhaps it is different in Singapore, as each country has its own laws - if you're looking specifically for Singapore-based projects, then probably just search on Google for 'singapore cryptocurrency' or 'singapore blockchain' or similar.

Not all crypto projects create ANN thread. If the project is in coinmarketcap, you can find ANN by clicking on “Announcement” in the coin page. Which specific project’s ANN are you looking for?

Google is your friend here, like "PROJECT Name + ANN".
Or you could follow big ICO listing sites like IcoBench, IcoAlert, etc.
To succeed, an ICO need publicity and if you can't find it easily, most probably will not worth it.

Well actually all I given attention to are those only hits the CMC or even in token tracker in etherscan you can see the info of token there regarding their ANN thread also. Some projects who don’t have BTT Ann are on mediums, Reddit and sometimes dischord.

I don't think if they don't have an ANN thread on bitcointalk they will have it in any other place, this is because the concept of ANN thread originated from this forum. Though if this companies don't have an ANN thread on bitcointalk doesn't mean it's not a good project, you can go through the whitepaper to see if it's a project that is feasible or not.

You can still check on google for other people reviews.

icobench, icotrack is one of the ico web providers that you can see. there you can see lots of good and potentially ico that are sometimes not found on the bitcointalk.

For sure they have some websites or account that possible for you to read and to see the announcement or like ann thread to this forum.
Not all the ICO's are creating Ann thread but for me this forum is nice to advertise their ICO by creating ann thread so the people cna see the information about the project and I hope next time the ICO who wants to create ann thread is really legit and other who try to scammed people don't create because you waste our time.

Guess op means where he can find Announcements on new ICO/Cryptocurrency projects.
There are lots of them on Crypto bounty platforms that are not announced here.  Op and others who need such information can search on google  for list of reliable bounty platforms. New projects can also be found on ICO rating websites

You should ask in telegram about ann, because some project aren't presented on bitcointalk, that's why you should think about another ways to fin information.

And then what are you looking for you didn't even know the name of such ico. If you are looking for a new ico and icodrops seems to become the only reliable choice for you dude because it less manipulation consider the system of icodrops based on the votes to listed a new ico into the site.

I don't really look for investing into new ICOs, especially if they are not announced in here.

I don't have a favorite site and I don't trust the news much.
Agree with all of that, and I'm even more skeptical of any ICOs coming to market these days.  Fact is, I don't even pay any attention to them because I've sort of decided that they're all scams at worst and un-innovative at best.  And I think all of them are created in order to line the pockets of the devs and not the investors or the people who help them advertise (e.g., bounty hunters).

I definitely don't trust any news, not just crypto news either.  And I'm not sure how much stock you can put into news about some new project that has yet to prove itself.  I bet any such news was paid for as advertising.  You sure as hell aren't going to hear anything about some new ICO in a reputable news source.

OP, be careful what you invest in, especially if you're relatively new to the crypto space.  Things that look like sure money often aren't, and a lot of the players are crooks.

not all ICO projects do bounty campaigns here, so they also don't create ANN threads on this thread, actually there are many other forums that they can use even many of them don't do it, you can do a search on search engines, so you can go to their website and see everything you need on their website.

icobench.ccom is the site that I usually use to check out projects, and the good thing about this site is that it will link the user to the platform where the project is being held and where they can find their Ann and Whitepaper, they also sometimes do put these papers directly on their website for people to check out.

Like you said, I am sure there will also be a site that is dedicated for this in his country, but the issue of searching on Google for these sites is that he may end up clicking on a scam site or a phishing site, so the way he asked here is still the best compared to good search engine which may eventually mislead him into a wrong site by so much scammers that has published some scam sites to make it look like what the op is looking for.
