Annulation de l’ICO (HKCoin)
On January 11, 2019, following the recommendation of the IK HKCoin Ethics Commission, Hackcoeur Inc. made the following decisions:
1.- The reference contract 0x34ED86F799999C1ab4E1e06D091b8177f35EeB10 is canceled.
2.- The amount raised of 23’569’452 $, will be according to the decision of our friends investors, refunded or reassigned on the new contract, this by February 15, 2019.
3.- To communicate your decision the email address
coins@hackcoeur.com is available.
4.- Investors who have not communicated their decision will automatically be refunded to their account in early February.
5.- The decision will be published on the homepage of the site (hkcoin)
6.- By February 15th the site (hkcoin) will be decommissioned.
7.- A new, simpler contract has been created, with the name HacKoeur Coin (HKC).
8.- It is based on a loan system and is compatible with the Islamic finance laws.
9.- The contract is to be based on the Swiss Francs.
Management will be posting its new ICO on February 16th.
Hackcoeur Inc. apologizes to its investors for the inconvenience this affair has given them, it has decided to give an additional 10% bonus to those who have invested on the contract 0x34ED86F799999C1ab4E1e06D091b8177f35EeB10, named (HKCoin) for future investment in the new ICO Hackcoeur Coin

Le 11 janvier 2019, suite aux recommandation de la commission sur le respect étique de l’ICO HKCoin, Hackcoeur Inc a rendu les décisions suivantes:
1.- Le contrat référence 0x34ED86F799999C1ab4E1e06D091b8177f35EeB10 est annulé.
2.- La somme récoltée de 23’569’452 $, sera selon la décision de nos amis investisseurs, remboursée où réaffectée sur le nouveau contrat, ceci d’ici le le 15 février 2019.

4.- Les investisseurs qui ne nous auront pas communiqué leur décision seront automatiquement remboursé sur leur compte, début Février.
5.- La décision sera publiée sur la homepage du site (hkcoin)
6.- D’ici le 15 février le site (hkcoin) sera mis hors service.
7.- Un nouveau contrat plus simple a été créé, avec le nom HacKcoeur Coin (HKC).
8.- Il est être basé sur un système de prêt et est compatible avec la lois de finance islamique.
9.- Le contrat est être basé sur le Francs Suisse.
La direction mettra en ligne sa nouvelle ICO le 16 février.
Hackcoeur Inc s’excuse auprès de ses investisseurs pour les désagréments que cette affaire leur a octroyé, elle a pris la décision de donner un bonus de 10% supplémentaire aux personnes ayant investi sur le contrat 0x34ED86F799999C1ab4E1e06D091b8177f35EeB10, dénommé (HKCoin) lors de futur investissement sur le nouveau ICO Hackcoeur Coin
