They have working company, so they need just upgrade. Maybe they think in the way, that they will improve their project as much, as much money they collect. In my opinion, this is a good solution for the current market situation.

That's what I do not understand. Hardcap is quite high for the current situation, and the softacap is missing.
It is possible that the developers already know that a bull run is coming and expect to collect the whole amount.

How is going collecting funds?! I know that you don't have softcap, so anyway this project will be succeed, but maybe you can tell us how much was collected?

As far as can be seen on the site $1.3 million out of $17.5 million has been collected.
It is not clear how accurate this information is.

My post with question about IEO was removed by moderator. To be honest, I don't know why. Here is my deleted post:

I know that this topic has not been refreshed for a long time, but I also know that the project did not fall, because the websites are up, and there is information that IEO will be back soon.
Can anyone know when the IEO will take place and when MYTV will be listed on exchange?

However, I was able to find a CEO (François Le Page) statement on this subject. It does not answer the question exactly, but it can give more light on the project situation:

We have delayed the IEO following the onboarding of the Official French National Olympic committee’s web TV and the implementation of the blockchain on mytvchain.com. Those crucial steps took all our resources and we have decided to privilege the activity and business development rather than going to fast to run the IEO. We have also negotiated with new exchanges and we are terminating all upgrades on the platform, documents, marketing campaigns, paying the exchanges and planning the new agenda including continuing the development, the sales, the partnerships and all the company's activities as we are up and running. At this stage everything is set to start in Feb 2020 with exchanges which will be announced soon.
We hope that you will understand the strategic decision as the French Olympic Committee is key for us especially for the Olympics Paris Games 2024.

So it looks like now we just have to wait for official announcement that IEO will start in February 2020. Fingers crossed!
