Hitbtc USDT (Tether) Withdrawal Problem

Hi,  I had a problem with while I try to do withdrawal USDT from Hitbtc . I can see they have Maintenance For USDT on their System Health Page " https://hitbtc.com/system-health ".

They stop withdrawal services about of 10 days ago. I want to know that when it will be active again. If anybody have information about of it please make a statement to me..

They haven't made any announcements about it except that it's under investigation in the link that you gave but looking at Twitter, they keep listing coins that could be traded with USDT so I'm pretty sure It should be back up soon.

Are you already contact their support? I for several times already said here in the forum that they are an obscure exchange, today I see this:

they say that this is their physical office and is the first time that I see this. I think they are trying to gain some reputation, contact the support to see what is happening and do more research about this problem .

Are you able to cancel the withdrawal? If so I would suggest you do so and convert the USDT to another stablecoin or bitcoin and withdraw that.

Actually we have an arbitrage software and. Our software catch good signals between hitbtc and other exchange website.  So We need to use USDT/BTC trade and withdrawal money from Hitbtc with USDT

This is why arbitrage rarely works across multiple crypto exchanges. There are simply too many occasions where wallets are in maintenance mode, deposits/withdrawals are disabled etc. to consistently make profits. If you can, you should probably try to incorporate that into your arbitrage analysis.

But HitBTC itself is not really a very trustworthy exchange in the first place, due to the large amount of complaints that was present for really the last year or so. In this case your only choice is wait till they fix the problem.

I wouldn't recommend using them, unless you're willing to take up the risk of having to go through potentially draconian KYC/AML measures when withdrawing funds, and deal with the risk of your account being suspended.

Is there any update about this issue? i saw that last successful withdraw was on 13th December so i guess that you already withdrew your usdt?

The page posted by OP which I believe has real-time updates still shows that withdrawals are not working so I doubt It's solved yet.
