you should really worry about price everyday or-else you will get anxiety disorders for nothing...Bitcoin took almost three years to reach $1000 in 2016 after  going past $1000 in 2013 and dropping to hundreds the following couple of years

I think bitcoin will recover because of its decentralized nature.  Or if not, then another crypto/token will take it place.  We cannot deny that cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is really revolutionizing and can advance our technology.\

Many sectors are moving to blockchain because it really helps to improve the system of those sectors (e.g. medical field, privacy concerns, currency exchange, etc).

Personally, I am also optimistic to the future of blockchain technology.

Your post seems to be addressed to all the "newbies" but I think most of them are not ready to answer those questions.  

Let's take the stock market as an example. A lot of companies list on the stock exchange and people invest in them and then suddenly something bad happens and investors start to pull out their money and investment out of those stocks. Some investors see this as a good opportunity to buy these stocks at a reduced price and they start buying it again.

Bitcoin is going through a transition period where speculators are withdrawing their investment, because they are not willing to wait years for a return on their investment. As the price goes down, some new investors and some old timers will start buying again, because it is much cheaper to buy these bitcoins at a reduced price.  

That will stop it from going to zero.

Probably it could go down for more because many are already leaving cryptocurrency for good after they had been into a huge loss of money investing BTC when market price per bitcoin was more than 6K USD and now it gone to 3.4K USD. Definitely the market is still going down and this could be the start of the ending of bitcoin system.

Price is determined by supply and demand. (Unless of course you're the FED and print money to enrich banking buddies and pump markets artificially.)

If Bitcoin were to fall beneath a certain level it would attract a larger number of buyers. This increasing number of buyers would offset the sellers and prices would go back up.

Where this happens is called the support zone.

Where is this support zone exactly? We don't really know. It all depends on how many people are buying how much BTC at a given point in time.

One thing is for sure: the lower the support price, the less likely it is to happen. U$ 0 for BTC? Very unlikely. U$ 1000? More unlikely than U$ 1000. Possible? Yes but not likely.

Whatever price it does end up at, it will not become completely worthless. There is much more development within the space now more so than at any other point in the last ten years.
