Mining it for 3 days before public release was just icing on the cake.

It might be a silly question, but how do you (or how do I know) the coin was mined before the post? I am new and trying to understand.
If anyone else can help with this question it will be welcome as well.

By using the block explorer the ANN provided you can go back and look at the first block and what day/time it was mined.
You'll see the generation value AKA block reward of that block is 175,000,000 and for the 2nd block is 3,000,000.
Then all block rewards after block 2 are only ~25.
