Hi folks,

Perhaps it is time to talk about Ripple and how this coin could do in the long term.

Please read this:
https://cryptorecorder.com/2018/10/01/xrp-japan-will-lead-the-ripple-revolution-589-is-an-achievable-target/
Japan has decided to move to a virtual economy, with a transaction system based on Ripple. Some say that once implemented, Ripple could be worth between $500 and $600 (these are only speculations).

Now the price is under $1.

Transaction time and fees adapted to the modern world, acceptable by institutions, it remains at a low price. BTC is struggling hard, Ripple could be the alternative? What do you guys think?
Chris Larsen was in the top 5 of the biggest fortunes in the world when Ripple was only worth $3.5! Imagine if Ripple reaches just $10.

Any constructive opinion welcome Smiley

The long-term forecast are often misleading. Though I do think that the price will go up, it shows this tendency today. There are also clear signs of increasing volatility, so time only will show

$500 is an idiots prediction, unless they cut their supply by 90% it will never reach that price. However, it is a good investment in this bear market just like every other coin right now. Ripple will go up in 2019, but it is hard to say by how much

Based on previous highs, I'd be amazed if it don't break those levels in 2019. Good potential to do very well. Some mad predictions though (they don't understand token structure or the economics)

But over ATH between now and 2020? I don't see why not from these levels.

Ripple is a pretty risky coin to invest in, I think. I do not trust and do not invest, even though the price is low. There are much better or safer coins. Don't trust to see that news, think twice Smiley

Ripple is the undisputed champion of 2018. It's one of the least worthy. For that reason, I think it is always appropriate for investment. They also explain an improvement almost every week.

Unless you are a long-term investor, the current market is a bull market trap for buying short-term loss coins. In fact, I don't really like XRP. It is not a real cryptocurrency. But he has a lot of bank support.

XRP won't ever reach such heights. The problem with XRP is that ripple and the token are not linked in any way. They have probably got better adoption than bitcoin when it comes to their tech but not when considering the cryptocurrency.

that's true and I can't imagine how much the market cap ripple, if the ripple reaches $ 500. the hard work and partnership they have built so far seems to have a good impact and it is quite feasible to invest in it.

Then do not imagine it because it is totally impossible to reach that level based on our current total market capitulation.
unless we are facing the global crisis that is very unlikely to happen this year or next year.

I really appreciate the XRP. It is a great altcoin and it is a real business. Currently, other million dollar altcoins have a small office to work with. That shows that its asset value is based only on the actions of the manipulated organizations. So to make a huge profit, invest in XRP.

It is a good coin if you think it that way, but sadly they own many coins in their pocket and their system is a centralized one.
it is more like a bank instead of cryptocurrency for me.

Time to buy? Oh yeah! If all falls in its place this might be the lowest point we can buy ripple. I still remember last year, when most investors criticised Ripple and foresake irt becuase it partners with banks. Now that it getting its pace every investor has their eyes on ripple.

It's never time to buy Ripple (XRP). Their marketing strategy is only based on confusing statements to leave things in the dust.

I'm always wondering why people are going to make a few bucks and buy everything even if the technology behing is not very helpful.

I agree here, there are so much better options where you can invest your money.

Ripple is really a good crypto to invest but it is just the market behavior which we cannot trust at this moment. No matter how good a crypto is , if the market is on continuous downtrend, the profit will be hard to expect which can be seen in Bitcoin and other huge crypto in the market. So maybe, even if we are talking about ripple already, we should still be careful from planning to invest into it at times like this.

Well TBH ripple is kinda a weird coin which i don't really favor on it compare to other coin like Ethereum
I even favor EOS more than Ripple

However, we gotta agree the fact that Ripple is the coins that the bank prefer here
It's some sort like a gimmick where when banks wanted to talk about crypto, they would look at Ripple. Perhaps because of it's huge supply imo
It kinda suits the bank where the supply is huge and it has more adoption like the Ripple Network, it has tons of bank adopted the network so they can do remittance across the participants of network

If you believe one day Ripple Network gotta take over TT like SWIFT/IBAN, invest portion of your money in ripple and you would be glad you did
The price of Ripple is dirt cheap now compare to the peak

You should always consider buying ripple since it is a top altcoin even now. Especially the price is now lower at $1 and it is going to be beneficial for the investors when it pumps really hard.

I bought XRP last year before the big pump and never sold it I do regret it
But thinking of putting some more small amount of money in. I may cash is a coin I believe I have lost in and buy a few more XRP

$500 seems like dream land but would $30 be realistic next year or even $10
I know it all depends on the value of BTC and that regaining momentum

XRP is one of the strongest long-term bets in crypto. I know everything is a risk, but XRP seems a close to certain success as anything here can be.
Short-term however I'm not sure its the best as its price is quite high relative to ETH for example, which looks very under-priced right now.

One other thing to remember is that XRP the coin is not the same as Ripple the company. Ripple have some solutions that don't involve the use of XRP, so its not necessarily the case that every succcess for Ripple is a always success for XRP. Just a word of caution, but long-term, yes, I would say XRP will be a big success and have large price rises.

$10 or even $30 is not realistic at all for a couple years but for a decade, it is possible.
XRP is centralized and from my perspective they are trying to build their own bank in cryptocurrency, and if the goverments are supporting cryptocurrency later on.
this project will become banker target because of their control over the project and their system.
realistically, it has a potential to go higher and surpass its limit before.

Ripple at $500? Again, I am not a believer of Ripple but at $500 I am more than stay away from it, it is crazy to reach that price. I may invest but do not likely believe in $500 that's what I am trying to say. At $5 it is struggling to reach that value too.
