What needs to happen in 2019 for the market to recover?

If people believe in crypto maybe 2018 and 2019 will always invest. With that trust maybe they (Investors) will think 2019 the market will recover. The crypto market is indeed in extraordinary testing, no one expected this to happen. If you believe in crypto, of course you would think 2019 the crypto market will recover.

People need to get back into bitcoin and increase the volume for that to happen. Right now the sell orders and buy orders are not too different from each other hence the price stays around the same price, whenever it goes down the sell order amount passes the buy order amount which makes the price go down.

Hence technically speaking if the volume increases a lot and the buy orders are a lot more than the sell orders than the price will go up. So we need to focus on getting bitcoin loved again, that's all there is we can do.

A lot of people lost money in bitcoin and went away, we need to regroup them and tell them that the price is looking amazing and instead of buying from the top they will be buying from the bottom and the only direction is up for their investment. If we can manage to convince enough people the market will recover.

in order to revive the market in 2019, we need a lot of good news and further acceptance from crypto. i think acceptance is the most important thing crypto needs in the coming months.

I really want to see less short term speculators and ICO Flippers in 2019 and more solid long term thinking investors, who just want to purchase their crypto and hold, like people who are in hedge funds and pension funds. I do not think that all these low ball speculators are doing any good in this industry, except leeching the system and draining the markets constantly with their nasty shorting tactics. I think we need more regulation and less manipulation as well, to make this a healthier market to be in.

Yes, I think there will be a lot of good news for next year, including ETFs that will be discussed again in February next year, if ETFs are accepted, I think Bitcoin will return to the right track, which is a very high price increase.

The thing that needs to happen in 2019 is trust and support from investors, on cryptocurrency projects. At least that will affect the market situation which has declined in recent months.  (holding) to difficult situations, don't panic and sell. That's a good step to make a choice.

I see from year to year ICO is getting better with various security features and transfer speeds in 2019, but it is very much appreciated that people's interest in crypto is gradually diminishing. there needs to be strict rules so that you throw away coins that don't work on the project

I guess there should be a new generation of ICOs with strong teams and interesting ideas which will push the market ahead! All of this crap will disappear because the market and the community will be cleverer!

The potential use case that will make cryptocurrency recover in 2019 is by having some good news on cryptocurrency and any other news regarding to coins and tokens. And if possible if the ico were regulated, we can see more good market growth.

I doubt they will get convinced very easily especially after this year no matter how many people try. 2018 has proven that cryptocurrencies can lose their value in matter of days with no rhyme or reason.

The extreme volatility of this market will always push many investors away from this market and the only thing that can pull back investors in my opinion is governments approving cryptocurrencies pushing for widestream adoption.

A lot of people are still having intention to invest in the crypto but this thread was discussed about what the factor that will make crypto will recover again.

2018 is arguably the start of exams on crypto. next year in 2019 will be serious people who will look at crypto and also people who will lose their trust in crypto. not wrong them also in this regard because waiting too long increases too boring especially sure they need a steady income for their needs.

Crypto market is a harsh world, only those who had a good strength and so much patient in this bear market is someone who will be able to survive in the next year of cryptocurrency market.
