-patent 1426161
-patent pending 102018000000557
-PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) already paid will be deposited within the end of this year.
The PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) is a multilateral treaty managed by the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) based in Geneva.

These numbers are different from those at the document I received through Telegram:  I cannot find your patent at https://www.wipo.int/. Can you point it out for us all? Also Saiterm is at this moment not a company. It is announced to be registered in the Netherlands but Saiterm or Saiex do not occur yet in the Dutch registration base. So investments would at this moment not go to a registered company. Also the registration data of the Saiterm website is kept private. What is the reason for this?  None of the mentioned team members mention Saiterm in their LinkedIn profile at the moment. So basically the ICO is at this very moment executed incognito. As an investor I would be very carefull with this project untill there is more proof of authenticity. |

PCT:
As our patent consultant "Lunati e Mazzoni" explain us, the PCT is a process that involves 2 phases, the first is registration phase in which Wipo receives the documents and the payment, after that, they issue the certificate I sent you.
The second phase is pubblication, for this phase we need to wait some times. The publication of our PCT is scheduled for July 4th.
For this, and to be trasparent I sent certificate.
You can easily verify this procedure information by asking one of your trusted patent consultants, or by trying to call Wipo directly.
Saiterm website registration:
The registration of Saiterm website was carried out by the CEO, in his name at Aruba. If this helps, we can contact them on Monday and ask to make more data available to the public.
Linked in:
As already mentioned, Saiterm is not yet incorporated. However, the Linked In page was created by the CEO, founder, inventor and patent owner. Our team, not working yet in Saiterm because it is not yet active (as always and everywhere declared), so they can not declare on Linked In to work at Saiterm yet, they will start working when activity start. If this will help, we can find a way to have a closer connection between the profiles and Saiterm Linked In page. |
