private sale are not really long, if you consider that we are not a software house, but we are going to be a real production factory with warehouse, machinery, productive lines.
So you can understand that all these strategic decisions, are taking the time, that is required to make the best job possible.
We are taking now these decisions with our future shareholders that are the bigger player on the market.
Once these agreements have been defined, the next step will be to increase and promote to the maximum, the ICO through a series of important initiatives shared, with the new members.
The ICO programme and the various plans that we are going to implement are already clear and definite and we will talk about this soon publicly.
