Right now I see how all the bloggers say that the mining has died at the moment! Does it make sense to buy equipment now in long term? just now the prices are very cheap!

Depends what your electrical rates are, but for most people, mining doesn't really make sense at this moment in time. Even at 5-cent electrical costs, you're looking at a break-even period of more than one year for the newly-released S11, and nobody knows when the price of BTC is going to go up soon or if prices will just stagnate. Difficulty's indeed dropping at least temporarily, though.

If you're currently in the red for mining, unless you're trying to also use your rigs for heating and/or you're trying to get coins without having to register at an exchange or something of the sort, it makes more sense to just buy coins.
