I love the EMA's personally they tend to work for me when I'm in a trend.

Be interested to know what other people are using.

Personally, I am using the 8, 18, 50, 100 and 200 on my charts.

18 is a random one, seem to like it with a crossover on the 8.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

i dont use ema
when there is a trend  ema signals are good
if you follow this for entry and exit then this is too much lagging
when there is no correct trend movement then ema is completely crap

dont waste time and money on this moving averages, just learn what candles are telling , this is only the best indicators

I don't use any indicators anymore. Moving averages are lagging indicators and can really only gauge interest because a lot of people look at them. That being said, if you're trading coins listed on binance, use the default binance ones, because you know a lot of people will be looking at them.

I mainly trade price action with levels of support and resistance. Barely even use trend lines. I did post some free videos I found that helped me get rid of all the fancy stuff and re-learn market movements, charting, etc

I don't use Ema,neither do I use any indicator at all, I used to at my initial trading stage, but as time went on,i found out they hardly help me when trading.

It just basically provides answers based on what the market indicates.
I just follow my heart and always use my head when trading to avoid letting my emotions get the better of me

Yeah I don't tend to use any trendlines, if I do usually on the RSI

The market is rubbish when it is sideways anyhow. Lagging or not, always good to have a safe entry and have natural support and resistance using those EMA's

Those indicators may work well on other trading platforms such as Forex and stocks. But there in crypto it would be so tricky to use since crypto is so volatile.

i find that price reacts more strongly to simple moving averages. i also prefer simple moving averages for recognizing golden crosses and death crosses---when the 50-period crosses the 200-period.

candlestick reading is very important to my analysis, but i also like to incorporate long term moving averages for support/resistance and general trend recognition.
