is STO tokens future?
becouse ICO budgets goind to 0 mln, from 2.6 BLN to 65 MLN USD - in 11 month.
what you think about STO, and what is different from ICO to STO?

For sure not in China, they banned STOs. And security tokens need to be registered with the relevant financial authority, which often cuts US buyers, for example, off from such projects as well
|

Ico's will not be dead for sure but yeah STO (security tokens) will have a huge influx in the market and it would be interesting to see how much market they can grab. It could be STO's year(2019).

i don't think if ICO will be dead, at this moment a lot of project failed because crypto market was red, and this make a lot of investors stay away from crypto world for a while but, i believe when the bull coming to crypto world again, ICO market will be green too buddy |

I think STO has no advantages over ICO.
ICO dies as many scammers steal money from investors.
I think in the future, ICO may regain its popularity.

There's no difference between icos and STOs. Ico can be an effective way if that will be regulated consider about that was open a lot of possibility for a little shrimp to participate in the ico. I should agree with that article. |

I don't think you mean what you said that there is no difference between STO and ICO, for the reason that these developers will open up their inner working is a major difference, we don't know the burn rate of most of these ICOs projects and have no obligation to open this up and this won't be an issue with STO. For me, we need to stop deceiving ourselves with the high rate of abuse in the space STO is overdue |

Not necessarily, the cryptocurrency market is full of uncertainty, because this is a global free capital market, not an independent market in any country, so I think ICO may not die but supervision may be better. STO may not be able to Become the new favorite of 2019.

ICOs aren't completely dead, they are dying and i don't see that much of a difference between ICO and STO. they seem to be exactly the same in places where it really counts and they will scam people in a very similar way. so i don't think STOs are going to be any more successful that ICOs are today!

Absolutely true, some country started to implement cryptocurrency such as Venezuela, and it is all about time for STO to overthrown ICO. it does not make any sense if we keep seeing those ICO without regulation moving in while countries are starting to use it. every year we will see a different kind of thing, from IPO > ICO > STO (I believe). |

I think that's just the opinion of some people who claim that STO is better and will be the successor of ICO. The main purpose of the two remains the same, namely to raise funds and I think both of them also have risks or other potential cheating that would be a scam. Both are the same, only the names are different.

I read about IPO before. It takes about 200-300 thousands of USD to make IPO. For current ICO that trying to earn 20 mln and more this is not very expensive. |

STO is well known and it is capable of protecting investors. That is one of the features that investors are looking forward to. Because when the project was over, the dev and the managers ignored us. Now STO will do the opposite. We will have the right to protect our property.

There is no such a thing my friend, everything is possible in cryptocurrency. the different between ICO and STO only in regulation, nothing more than that. Even if you are participating in any STO, it won't change a fact that they can not give you any guarantee about their project, if they fail. your money will be lost, nothing more. only regulation takes place |
