Boy thats steep to ask for that money, why not start small with a couple SFH and work you way up to gain members trust?

Also with large project like this if it is any good these Real Estate Crowd Funding platforms will pick you up.

If you expect us to believe the numbers you provide, you're going to have to explain them. Also, I imagine you're going to need a huge amount of funding, which might be difficult to get.
