As far as I know, PayPal, Pioneer and the government of Morocco prohibit dealing with Bitcoin so you must be careful before making any transaction.
You can find some people using Localbitcoin.com but the fees will be high.
If you want to convert PayPal, Virox is the best to make these conversions quickly.
