Just do the KYC, it isn't that hard really. Do you want to leave 2,000 euro go to waste because you are ignorant?

I would not send data them in your city. This is a big risk. First, read reviews about them on social networks, there may be reviews on the YouTube.

Did you read their rules and regulation first?
I dont know nor used BITCOINCASINO.IO but they might really have the KYC verification before doing a withdraw.
But for me 2,000 EURO is relly a good price to have.

3.11. We have the right to carry out “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verification procedures and access to your Member Account may be blocked or closed if we determine that you have supplied false or misleading information.

5.4. Bitcasino reserve the right to carry out additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawals exceeding the equivalent of 1 Bitcoin or €2,300, whichever is lower, and further reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of smaller withdrawals, as demanded by our gaming license. Account Holders who wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account, are advised to contact Customer Support.

That's what I see on their terms meaning there is really a KYC involved on their site and you should accept that there is a chance you will undergo KYC. Well then much better if they strictly imposed the KYC before anyone can deposit in the first place.

Since you didn't reached the tier of around BTC1 (as of 5.4 term), you should withdraw freely without a problem so maybe you are under now the term 3.11. Any words from them why you should undergo to a KYC procedure? They should stated that.

But anyhow, I don't know the legitimacy of that site so Im not sure if they are legit or not. Well then, hope your case will be solved.

P.S Please moved the thread in this section with complete detais: SCAM ACCUSATIONS

You paid 2,000€ to figure out that bitcasino is a scam?

Put bitcasino scam into google would have cost you nothing!

However, if you register your gambing accounts with Game Protect, then consumer protection service is inclusive and we offer also sites where you can deposit, play and withdraw anonymously. Wink

How can 3.11 apply if the casino has anonymous accounts?

5.4. does not make any sense, because if a casino has to follow KYC regulation, then they have to do it also in case of deposits!

Despite illegal casinos like bitcasino can not have juridical valid terms and conditions!

Hi,

As mentioned before on this thread; you've agreed with our terms & conditions which mentions KYC.
KYC means that we can offer you a truly fun, fast and importantly a fair gaming experience,
and I know it might be frustrating to comply with but it was implemented with the customer’s best interest.
It's only a one time thing - when the account has been verified it won't have to be done again.

It's also very common practice to request KYC verification in this industry and the reason is to protect
our customers and prevent fraudulent activity. Smiley

Cheers,
Karl
