I would suggest you first do some research and learn at least some basic strategies.
After you learned some basic strategies I would suggest to trade on paper for a couple weeks.

I would rather go to youtube to see some clips on how it happens. I mean, it is easier if it is an actual view right? Just words wont help much.

First of all watch a video on youtube about any exchange, like bitrex, binance, etherdelta or hitbtc. There some exchanges which are providing a demo account for trading. There was an exchange from coinmetro by the name of open.coinmetro but from last two days, they are down for maintenance. that is wonderful platform for learning.
