Hello!

This post was created for receiving OTC-requests, for buying and selling Bitcoin (BTC).

How and where do the trades occur? Who is the escrow? What is the fee level?

  • Every trade will only occur on P2P exchange https://hodlhodl.com/, the exchange acts as an escrow between buyers and sellers;
  • The exchange fee varies from 0.4% to 0.25% (each case is reviewed individually);
  • Every OTC-trade will be processed with 2 out of 3 multisig escrow, meaning that each side will have a private key to the escrow for making a release.

If you are still reading this, you may wonder “What do you do here?” The answer: I help match buyers and sellers, using Hodl Hodl to find the clients.
My commission is 0%  for my services. Neither buyer nor seller pay anything for my services. I cooperate with Hodl Hodl exchange.

How to make a request?

Off topic questions similar to “What’s happening here?” will be ignored. Spam and flood in this topic - deleted. Let’s not waste each others time.

There are two options you may choose from to apply:

  • The first, which is the most convenient option, you can create an offer with a “floating price”. This option means that your price will be tied to the price on one of the exchanges. For example, you can set your price to be at 1.12x of Bitstamp's. You first need to create an account on Hodl Hodl using my referral link (you can request it via PM), then create an offer for buying/selling Bitcoin, and lastly, send me a link to your offer in PM. Then we will immediately try to find a trader who would like to accept your offer.

  • The second option. You can fill in the template below, and send it to me via PM. You can also contact me in any way you like (here is a list of my contacts) to send me your offer. Currently, the best option for contacting me is Telegram. Why? Because even if I am not at the computer (which is rare), I will be able to accept your application and answer you from the phone.

If you will use my refferal link for registration, you will get discounted exchange fee for a lifetime.

To make a request, you just need to copy the template below, complete it, and then leave it in this thread, or contact me through PM. You can also contact me by any of the following channels (here is the list of my contact channels), to make your request. For now, the best option to contact me is through Telegram. Why? Because even if I’m not near the PC (which is rare) I can still accept your request and answer you from my phone.

Request template:

Code: (TEMPLATE)
I want to:
Amount:
Exchange rate:
Payment method:
Additional comments (optional):
Periodicity:
Contact information:[/b]:

A properly completed template saves a lot of time.

EXAMPLE:

I want to: BUY
Amount: 50,000 USD
Exchange rate: Bitstamp -3%
Payment method: SWIFT
Additional comment (optional): I want to divide the transaction into two parts, into 10,000 USD and 40,000 USD, respectively
Periodicity: Daily
Contact information: Forum PM or Telegram: @thefuzzstone (Telegram ID: 253373664)

Offers can be made for any fiat currency, with any method of payment you find convenient. Some of the most liquid currencies: USD, EUR, RUB, UAH, GPB, CAD, THB, AED, INR.

You can also create offers for: BTC/XMR, BTC/ETH and BTC/LTC.

Minimum OTC offer is: 5 BTC  or equivalent in Fiat/Altcoin at the exchange rate at the time of submitting the offer.

If you are not familiar with Hodl Hodl, here are some advantages:

  • Security: The exchange does not store your funds; all transactions take place directly between buyer and seller, using a multisig address;
  • Privacy: P2P transactions without KYC/AML;
  • Low commission: Max. 0.4% per transaction, which is lower than the competition;
  • Support for native Bech32 Segwit addresses and P2SH-P2WSH Segwit multisig addresses;
  • Global: The ability to conduct P2P transactions in any country, using any payment method, and with any fiat currency.

Every time a contract is created through Hodl Hodl between buyer and seller:

1. Hodl Hodl generates a unique multisig escrow address;
2. The seller sends the cryptocurrency from his wallet to the multisig escrow address;
3. While the funds are in the multisig escrow address, the buyer sends the payment to the seller;
4. After receiving the payment, the seller releases the cryptocurrency from the multisig address to the buyer's personal wallet.

FAQs:

Question: What is my relation to the Hodl Hodl exchange?
Answer: I am not a full-time employee of the Hodl Hodl exchange, I have a verified account and we cooperate. I get a percentage of the exchange commissions. That's why I'm asking to request my referral link.

Question: Why should I use TheFuzzStone services?
Answer: You do not have to. But, if you want to quickly find a trader who accepts your offer, then it is best to write to me.

**** A list of important and current issues will be added.

Thank you for your attention.

Trade with a lot of care and never realease before you are sure that you have received the payment.

No offence, fuzz, but I never used hodlhodl, and just because of the name it look shady from my side.

LBC fan here.

Trade with a lot of care and never realease before you are sure that you have received the payment.
The rule #1 for LBC, Paxful and also for HodlHodl.

No offence, fuzz, but I never used hodlhodl, and just because of the name it look shady from my side.
Sure, no offence.  Smiley

Shady because of name? But... what about DYOR?

LBC fan here.
We all have our favorite crypo-services, and that is ok.

What about KYC/AML on LBC? --> https://btcmanager.com/bitcoin-trading-platform-localbitcoins-is-now-complying-with-aml-kyc/

You can sell 10 BTC or 100 BTC or even 1000 BTC using HodlHodl without any KYC/AML. There is an option to verify your account, but this is not a mandatory thing, it's optional, and it does not depend on the volume of your trades.

For example, I passed the verification process before starting to cooperate with the HodlHodl team.

UPD.

And the security question. If you want to sell for example 100 BTC using LBC, first you need to send that 100 BTC on their wallet.

Using HodlHodl you sending that 100 BTC on the multisignature address which requires 2 of 3 signatures (each side of the deal has one private key from this wallet).

Very true! I am creating a new account each month on localbitcoins because I reach the limit and I have to verify my account. I simply don't want to send to them my documents. Indeed there are traders I gave my documents when I am buying BTC, they have to know for sure money are coming from my account.

Regarding DYOR, nice joke, still, a more serious name might help.

I have checked hodlhodl but for me there is no offer that I could use on daily basis.

Good luck with your service.

So you can create an offer with preferred exchange rate and payment method.   Smiley

Good luck with your service.
Thanks!

same idea as otcexchange channel on telegram
... that you have in your signature?

From that group (pinned message): "Welcome to  Over the Counter (OTC) Trading Exchange where you can make any digital asset exchange via an ADMIN as your trusted escrow. "

Who is the admin? Is he a public person? And why I should trust him? There is a possibility to make a deal via multisignature?

About 5.3k "OTC-traders" in Telegram group -- it's costs a few bucks, if you know what I mean Wink. Then, the fee is 1% which is higher than on HodlHodl:

  • Until the end of the year -- 0.25% fee for crypto/crypto pairs.
  • Until the end of the year -- 0.4% fee for crypto/fiat and fiat/crypto.
  • After the New Year -- for crypto/crypto will be 0.6% (or lower) and for fiat/crypto & crypto/fiat -- 0.6%

Using my referral link everyone can get a lifetime discount -- 0.55% (referral link can be requested via pm)

Finally something useful I see here. What do you guys think about Paypal and crypto exchange considering TheFuzzStone will act as the reputation builder for the site.

I really liked the idea of the site. I am not sure how I missed it all those days.

It`s funny that we created the Telegram bot which addresses exactly the same needs and an OTC application even looks similar. Good luck with the service!
