I don't think so. Even though ethereum prices are getting lower and lower, there are still a few limiting factors that keep Ethereum at a normal minimum price. Therefore, even though the chart is always red, it will not necessarily remain steep steeply continuously, which means there will be a time when ethereum will slowly rise towards its stable price again.

I think that the number of ETH is still the same but because the value of ETH has decreased over time, its value has been lowered. But anyway, don't lose faith in it, buying more will be a smarter decision. because we will no longer see ETH at such a low price in 2019.

I don't really understand the talk of ETH competing with XRP, as they're completely different products offering solutions to completely different things.
I do think they're both going to have a great future, and ETH has recently looked extremely undervalued against the other high cap coins... that's diminishing a bit as ETH has had a mini revival over the last couple of weeks. The next big thing for ETH is Constantinople, and I'm sure a lot of people are hoping for this to trigger an altcoin revivial. It's kind of weird that it's happening at the same time that ETH is sitting on the bottom support line vs BTC, but this does suggest there's cause for optimism.

I don't think is only ethereum but other coins are currently in the bad shape and many people and long term holders are sending they coins into exchange in other to convert it to dollar or other fiat currency!  I hope the coming year is going to be different and new investors are going to come into the market.

This will not going to die, please take a look on the entire cryptocurrency market you will find out that all coins had the same scenario in price downfall. It just the ETH has the bigger down due to some projects has need to cash-out to fiat for the development of their respective projects and I think we can't control on that as they need to continue their development.
Honestly for me this is the best opportunity to accumulate many good quality crypto while the prices are in much cheaper than their all time high to gain huge profits during the market returns to a bullish.

I have no doubt that ethereum wil die soon,since this is a pumped shitcoins that has no real value i know many of the ethereum fanatic and supporters will feel bad for this but this is what i am seeing things for this former number 2 cryptocurrency
