I have a stealth account neteller blocked. To withdraw the money, neteller only leaves me the withdrawal to a bank account.

Is there an online bank where I can create an account with iban-swift, quickly, just with ID and utility bill, please

Stealth account ? Are you able to send Neteller to anyone ? You can not simply create any utility bill . This is not the place to ask for the same as it is a crypto forum . Why don't you use your own bank details ?

No, not possibility to send to anyone. I have to send Neteller an Iban with the name of the person of stealth account, not mine.
