Are you sending the Bitcoin, or is someone else?

Remember, most of the risk in transactions like this is on the one sending the Bitcoin, not the one sending PayPal.

This is very unclear what you are talking. You are saying about selling the domain, someone will send $35. Actually, what do you want? Please clear your mater, so anyone can help you.

Based on this person's story and as I understand, I think he *he doesn’t have PayPal* has a site and tries to sell it to someone who does not have Bitcoin, that buyer will send you money "Via PayPal" and you send him BTC.

Trusted members only.
This transaction is very risky, requiring you to be trusted rather than the third party.

I suggest you sell your site directly in this section[1] or use Virox[2] to make the transfers.
