That' right maybe some of them don't even know how to trade correctly and if the price will dump they don't know how to manage it.

They get discouraged because of their own mistake that they buy at wrong time and sell at wrong so I don’t think that it’s good mate better is to learn swimming before you jump in the river. I love altcoins because i know how to handle them in different situations. I love altcoins because according to me investing in Altcoin is life time savior.

Well, it is up to you whether you are buying an altcoin for the sake of letting it grow, as an asset, or you buy them for their actual unique use. It is like you have Bitcoin for the sake of investing on it or using it as a mode of payment. If you are buying an altcoin as an investment, it is always best not to get obsessed or too loyal to it. It may perish just like the rest. So be wise and sell if you are already gaining significantly from it. Of course, you should not invest in a single coin. That is increasing the risk to a different level. Diversify your investment. That is what the early crypto investors say.

So I want to say don't love any coin, just sale when you are in profit and go another coin or wait for drop price again and buy it. It's very difficult to recover once drop an Altcoin. One more thing, don't invest your all fund on single coin. It will loss more, who know it will up or drop.

Though I was a bit greedy and wanted to continue to hold cause I believed that the uptrend will continue, but I changed my mind and decided to withdraw and after I did that, the market began to collapse. Bitcoin is always my favorite, but I still trade altcoins.

I agree, I also realized that when I was new in trading cryptocurrency I tried searching for a certain coin and join its community at first I was happy since I am earning but I became too greedy and invest more to the coin where I focused my investment and at a matter of time the price crashed and my investment lost almost 70% and from that day I realized that a trader would not just focus on 1 coin but to different coins.

In this regard i do agree with you that here are so many Alt coins we can choose the best and the one we like the most. Trading and holding is another issue but I truly love holding as it’s easy way of making money and it’s safe. You as so lucky that you win at the end and you did not lose anything. Those who become greedy and don’t sell anything on right time they will be sad later in future. I love bitcoin too because it’s reality that bitcoin never give you any lose until you make foolish mistakes like panic selling.

I learnt much thing from my mistake in crypto trading, When we make invest or trade crypto we should be choose only coins that have good fundamental and buy when the price in support area , so use combination of technical and fundamental analysis is needed to make good profit. At the same times trade 2 or 3 different coins , dont trade in 1 coin only and also dont trade too much different coins to make more easy to handle it. One more thing dont forget to use stop loss.

One coin can changed your life any time so its so difficult to find this lucky coin.In my experience i was bought minex coin when its price only 3$ than minex was 75$ more but i was sell it only 40$ because i want profit but not more .Than i was thought bitcoin will be moon and try to collect bitcoin hold but failed so crypto is place where you lost everything for one mis take .

I think that liking the altcoin that we hold will make it difficult for us to sell it, even when the price is high. well, I agree that don't love the altcoin that we have too much, it certainly will make us hesitate to sell it, so we can lose the opportunity. well, maybe selling little by little is the solution to this problem.

I agree with you and take trading/ investment as business not for another reason. Some people already sell all asset or keep stay but we don't know whst the reason but I suggest we try to see our self, fix our mistakes and when stop loss/ take profit reached just let it go. We can avoid " hold " by disciplines meaning follow our rules/ strategy with out asking.

I do not regret the actions that I did,  there are few altcoins in my portfolio that loses 90% of its value but I have also altcoins that are really valuable to hold. I realized that not all of altcoins are good for investment and that's why I using the information that I got from my past mistakes to avoid losses.

It is hard to sell if you hold your alts for almost a year, and when the price is started to have a high value the greediness will be there because you will see the price will continues to raise so you will wait. If I see the alts has a great future and great purpose I am willing to hold.

Even bitcoin lost 80% of value from all time high so for the traders which coin is not really matters,they need to constantly change their coins based on which coin is doing good at these situation sometimes a shit coin can make good profits to us.

In my opinion, there's nothing wrong of having another favorite coin other than btc as long as you knew that the coin you choose is trustworthy and stable. Since that I'm only a hodler who cannot adapt on the fluctuations of the market from time to time then what I do is that I only invest on ethereum because this is the 2nd strongest coin in the market which also means that there's nothing to worry about its future unlike to tons of ICOs came out but most of it end up as shitcoin. That's my principle, I only trust on alts which already build a good foundation in the market.
