I'm thinking of opening my own service like this, what country is this sort of thing legal in?  If you don't know basically Ill be offering rides in my taxi in exchange for a service if the participant is willing.

Depends if your a good looking guy, if your ugly I wouldn't suggest this.  Someone like Johnny Depp or Brad Pitt in their prime could get away with nearly anything.

If you really beleve that fake taxi is not staged by professionals then I can only guess that you are either underage or lack of understanding how real world works
