I haven't ever heard of this company, and I've only been able to find one video on Google that relates to this product, though there are more reviews for their other product, the Pro Silencer. The site does accept PayPal payments so you'll be able to dispute your transaction if they happen to be illegitimate if you do choose to buy this. I wouldn't say this is a reputable company considering the lack of reviews for their products, but at the least they don't only accept crypto payments or bank transfers.

Do they refund people by locking funds from the sale or will they refund you regardless of PayPal being able to get the funds back from the seller? I'm sure there is a way to work around that, because it will take some time to have the products shipped, which grants the shop to cash out the funds before the buyer opens a claim.

There are some reviews from people having bought stuff from minermaster on youtube, so it seems that there is some legit activity going on. I like that they have their own branding on the product, which adds to their legitimacy. The only point of attention is that they use whois privacy, but since it is the main company itself, it may not be of much importance in this case.

I've used PayPal in the past, and you've got 180 days to file a dispute or chargeback a transaction through their platform. I have personally not experienced a chargeback as a seller in a while, and in the past when I had chargebacks from selling on eBay, I had funds in my account and they were simply removed when a chargeback was filed against me. I'm pretty sure that PayPal removes the total transferred original amount from the account the money was sent to, and the balance on that account turns negative and they absorb the rest of the costs. PayPal also sells debt to debt collectors in the event that someone can't pay off the negative balance in their account in the US too IIRC. Nevertheless, you'll be able to dispute and get your money back if you legitimately haven't received the product you purchased within 180 days, and PayPal's extremely buyer friendly in the first place.

I did some research on them.

- There are some reviews, youtube videos, that as 1Referee said would indicate that they are more than just an obvious scam at first site. They seem to actually have products, which apparently they manufacture themselves. Website's design doesn't look too suspicious either.

- However, there is very limited information available in regards to the actual physical location of the company, where it is incorporated, what its business number is, etc. Thus, there is still a risk of buying from them imo.

If they do accept Paypal goods and services, and you are able to deal with the risk of not getting your goods delivered (since Paypal is still not foolproof), then go ahead and place an order. Although, the promotion that you referenced seems to already have gone.

People get refunded regardless of where the funds have gone. PayPal charges a 3% fee for payments through goods and services, which is partly being used to help users get their funds back.

Mostly PayPal manages to recoup the funds from the sellers, but some times it's a hit they accept taking. It's almost like collateral damage for them. The buyer is king, that's PayPal's way of doing business.

Buyers don't pay these fees directly, but in most cases the 3% fees are baked into the price of whatever item you end up buying.

The unit was ordered and paid on the 10 of Dec 2018 and was received on 19th of Jan 2019. Happy with unit, all good and delivered on the performance metric's (cooling & noise reduction)

I then became aware of the immersion unit MinerMaster PRO-A+ immersion cooler https://minermaster.com/product/minermaster-pro-a-plus/ and placed an order on the 10th of February 2019 Order #2265. Unit not yet received. Have sent several message's and e-mail's to Minermaster which have gone UNANSWERED.

Would advise caution as they have not responded. Even if they have a valid excuse for the delay, there is no excuse for not responding in a timely manner to keep me informed.

Can you post out some pictures of the unit you have bought with them specially with the first purchase? or else you are just simply bumping out this old thread and shilling out

that you have receive some items purchasing from them.Im not saying that this is a scam site but why would people do really like to purchase up things into these unknown sites?

These youtube vids looks paid tbh... it doesn't add up that they have lots of reviews there but barely any in other platforms.

Speaking of other platforms, same complaint in reddit

Purchased October 20, 2019. Today is January 19, 2020. Their Facebook page has been dead silent to all my inquiries, where initially they responded to my questions within 24 hours. All e-mails have gone unanswered. Item still not received...

If you're counting on paypal, they don't have it anymore
