I'm based in Philadelphia, and my partner based in Dubai. We both have more than 19 years of experience in IT software development.
We're planning to develop an online marketing platform based on blockchain. There's no ICO. It's a REAL service for REAL clients.
I'm looking for a team to join me to setup the platform from scratch. I'll share our plan, and the final product/service will be altered accordingly.

I don't think that the OP will provide more details here. This has been a dead thread already. But for the sake of argument, he posted his official twitter account in his first post, so I would advise you to contact him directly.
