Good for all new who have joined but i think everyone should work to get merit if you help them they won't understand merit value.
Nobody in this thread got merits just like that but those who had good posts to show were awarded some merits.

Because you don't lock the thread yet. You BUMP the thread on 24 Jan, 2020. You wanted to give a chance to 25 newbies /jr. member to Rank up. But so far only 11 newbies /jr.member have been ranked up. There are still 14 left.

But I stopped checking this topic like a month ago because I noticed that nobody showed any interest in it anymore. I bumped it several times but there were no new applications for months. I simply gave up on it. I noticed your reply by accident because I was checking who merited me. Turns out LoyceV gave me some merits for this thread. That's how I noticed some new replies.
In rules 1, you only mention activity 60 for a jr. member. But you don't mention merit point for jr. member and you want to sent 1 merit per user. If someone apply here with 8 merit like me and receive 1 merit from you, how it is possible to Rank up?

Any Jr. Member between 1-9 can apply. I intended to reward only 1 merit per user because I expected there would be more interest. But that was not the case.
There are no chance to apply here for those newbies /jr. member who registered Bitcointalk after 01/10/2019 Or made a good quality post after 01/10/2019.

That rule was there from the start to prevent incentivized posting. The idea was to prevent someone to see the thread, create e few posts, submit them here, and hope for merits. That is why I had that rule. I adjusted the dates as the time went by. It's pretty outdated right now since I haven't keept track of this thread for quite a while. I will probably adjust the dates, thanks for the hint!
I took a quick glance at your posts and noticed that you spend a lot of time with social media bounties. I am not against all types of bounties but I do think that social media bounties are as bad as it gets. Is it really worth it? The time it takes vs the rewards?! I wanted to check your ETH accounts to see for myself but the two I found were empty.
I see that you made some decent posts as well and I am just wondering why you didn't make more of those?
