Well, the case you present as case Nº1 proves nothing really. The two accounts are on two different campaigns. That is allowed and, therefore, there is no breach of rules if indeed they are the same user.

By the way, no need to use an Alt account to report on others...

Why I am not surprised because he just started reporting after just registering in the forum. A clear alt account here, trying to rank up his account, nothing wrong with that as that is permitted but I wonder why a person has to do this in the first place ? I think there are better ways to rank up your account.
