What if I have no coding skills what so ever

My computer skills are not the best

My data processing is lesser than most

And my web developer skills are stuck in timewarp

But I have people skills

I talk a good coin game.

I have a little bit of skin in the game, for real.

I possess some knowledge in some complex areas

My marketing strengths are basically on a premium steroid blend

I show up every day and put in 111%.

So what jobs can I get in this field?Huh

You forgot to add that your post are like that of a nursery school kid. If you looking for a job am guessing you can get your certificate and submit them to the right sources.

This is bitcoin forum where we discuss matters concerning bitcoin and altcoins and not an employment agency.

It's high time members stop indicating the word newbies to the title of an irrelevant post just to avoid lashing. Being a newbie to cryptocurrency doesn't mean you are a newbie to common ethical sense of reasoning

And also there is no need for that emoji

What "complex areas" are you referring to specifically? We really can't give suggestions off broad information.

Anyway, you said that you have "people skills". Then you're probably fit for a sales representative or probably a customer support job. Yea, really unlikely for you to find a job like those that pays out in crypto, but you can use the wages you receive to buy crypto anyway. So there's pretty much little to no difference there. Unfortuantely most of the jobs in the cryptocurrency space are in the development side. Probably 95% or so.

I think with that skill you have and some knowledge, you can try to selling skin in game and trade any skin for real money. If you have any skill in gaming, you can try to sell your skill for booster in game.

You have people skills, that's great. not every body has that e.g from Sharon121212 reply I'll consider user as one of those without peoples skills. You can start your career by being a Crypto-community manager. Bit first you need improve on your writing skills and get some experience too, so I'll advice you offer your services as a community manager for free that way you'll get clients easily after you have successfully managed like 2-3 successful campaigns you can move on to adding a price to your services. With this method you'll have both experience and a good CV to back your claim as a community manager. You can advertise your services on the service board Goodluck.

How about in additional to your communication skills, you take out time to grow your technical skill as well. To sell yourself, you have to constantly improve yourself.

There are services that are needed by a majority of projects, but you need to have specific knowledge. Only very few will take a gamble with you based in your own recommendations.

Ehhhh lots of vague things.

Why not just tell us what degree you got and your past experiences (in detailed)? Most requires ppl to have a decent work experience on the position applied anyway 乁( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡ °)ㄏ
Just please note that it must be verifiable.

Total newb in crypto-related jobs should be fine, even the big companies like binance don't require it, tho it would be a huge plus. If you mean total newb in cryptos, I'm not sure about that but it would be best to learn the fundamentals first 'cause either way it could never be wrong.

First of all get a specific skill and prepare yourself for the field. Once you are an expert in the field you can do that without any problem. Without any expertise, we have no room in crypto.

For now you definitely cannot get any job in here,as the system is looking for the highly skilled and technical, who have the technical know-how,and can develop the blockchain technology
You're a beginner,no need to worry about all this as of yet, dont you think it's best to develop yourself and also your latent skills, probably when they are nurtured, you could then offer your services

Thanks for the responses everyone, especially sharon. It really strengthens my case doesnt it?

Yeah it's like if you get too many techy people who suck at being outgoing or something like that, the industry will eventually need more people outsida hardcore computer wizards. right?

No, i do not want to do signature campaigns. nor do i wish to trade, or invest much more. I want to be on a project and work with a team of people building a blockchain app or some sort of coin in the works. I'd like to be paid well, too.

It must just be the timing because only ultra tech wizards are going to get these jobs?  What about in a few months when adoption increases, Big apps go online, and ordinary people (including nursery school kids, seriously, thanks sharon) they will be using these apps every day. Everyone & their granny will be imputing info into blockchain w/o their closer knowledge, it will be very common soon and integrated.

Why would projects only want to hire ONE type of person with only one sorta background? They only want hardcore computer knowledge? What about accommodating and bridging gaps fur the other 99% of society that will be using this technology soon?

maybe some un-smart person like myself could be on to sumthin??

You need first to identify what you are good at in order to know if there is any kind of demand for your skill set. Do you have any knowledge at all in using photoshop or video editing because there is a demand for that. I am just giving you clues on what you can do where at the same time you can be paid for it because there is a lot of it and it all depends on your skills. Besides skills like photo/video editing can be learned just buy reading guides online this skills can be easily acquired without any professional help.

Keep an eye out for Community Management jobs, they are not as common as they were 6 months ago.

Basically you are the only one who can answer your own question. You know yourself more rather than us here.

See your long post just few post before this post? You have something on your mind and you just need to extract it and execute it.

Think outside the box or much better if you will removed the box.

Apology if you can't get a literal answer from this post because that's not how it used to be. Goodluck then.

Completely agree.

I personally think that god have created everyone special by giving brain and many related thing which can give more capabilities to enhance them in proper way. Having skill and knowing it is good but try to polish and try to implement and connect it to get payments in fiat and then invest in crypto or try to get payments in crypto directly.

I found a Community Manager job for a cryptocurrency exchange platform, but I'm a contract worker. I started out taking in bitcoin as a payment till they decided to switch to USD. How did I land this job? You need to start participating in various online communities, build relationships, be yourself and you will get recognized. It took me a year to find this kind of job. Good luck!

In addition to the community manager position, i was also going to recommend looking for project manager/coordinator positions.

There's a wide range of project manager positions and some of them do require solid technical background, but solid people skills are also key.  The role usually requires that you interact with a lot of different people, keep things organized and have strong communication skills.

Well start on searching first and study how bitcoin and other crypto works. You might not want to get stress when things might go wrong because you are already doing things without having some research. You know that cryptocurrency has a high risk so never underestimate the things that will get through. Reminder that things here will not get right from time to time as you will be expecting.
