more than 95% of the altcoins (specifically the top10 altcoins) are purely pump and dump coins and nothing more. that means these coins are not easily going to die, specially when they are strongly centralized such as XRP and ETH and BCH that are completely centralized and the owners own millions of dollars and are willing to waste it on these coins.

XRP is very likely to be pushed by banks. I don't like it either but I think there's a reason for its price.
Same with XEM. In fact I think it's overvalued.
The rest of them are complete garbage. LTC is already dying, IOTA already normalized in price, it's gonna get back to normal, we're already getting there.

XRP is centralized coin and backed by the whales and probably banker is behind this too, shitcoin? it depends on our perspective, some of us think otherwise.
XEM is an Inovation like ETH, it was created based on Java and its code source is 100% original.
IOTA is a trash based on my perspective.
STR is a good coin and for me, the fastest blockchain in our cryptospace.
TRX is a crap, but their marketing is superb.
LTC is a rock, very hard but solid.
NEO is another ETH kind of project, but their marketing is good too.
DOGE is our first meme coin, it will die if Bitcoin dies.

If I can see the total value of bitcoin and altcoin circulation, altcoin has higher value.

Why do you ask when the altcoin will die? isn't it better to continue to support them so that stay alive and continue to grow. On the other hand, the Altcoin you mentioned is the top 20 position, so I'm sure even though in the end they will die, but it will not die so easily. Most of the ALTCOINS you mentioned are very solid compared to the really shitty ones being pumped and dumped on smaller exchanges. Someday they occupy the top 100 and the next day they're even out of the top 200 or even 500! That is what Shitty coins are, XRP for example, is a very solid coin backed by whales and most probably will have a lesser chance of dying.
