I am not sure bitcointalk is banned in Vietnam but if you can't access the try using VPN.
Opera browser have built in VPN for free.

Well I'm guessing it was probably for copy and pasting, but I can't be sure without knowing the names of the accounts.

Oh, what a coincidence: Firstly, I don't think everyone that comes into crypto should be a blockchain tech person but should be able to understand the basics about the blockchain and trading. Also, if most actually left crypto because of the Bear market then, they didn't actually deserve to be in crypto cos you don't expect the market to always be bullish and while the market go downward, this is some good time for you to invest more in some other crypto you believe to be good. As you said, the bear market is a blessing in disguise only to those that understands that this the time to invest against the coming bull market and you most be prepared to be patient too.

Well... It might be that the accounts of your friends do not concern you in any way, however, hilariousandco found a copy/paste post made by your account... So it'll probably be banned within the next couple of hours to... The forum admins are not lenient when it comes to plagiarism... Sure, in some countries plagiarism might be normal, but in other's it's considered a serious offence (you can actually get kicked from your job/education or even go to jail for plagiarism). In general, does Vietnam have any restrictions on the site, on the part of the site, or perhaps by the country?
There are 2 restrictions: 1) Points of evil... If an ip is associated with (for example) spammers, points of evil are attached to the ip(range???). If you want to create a new account from a device with an ip that has units of evil, you'll have to pay a small fee in order to activate your account 2) bitcointalk is using cloudflare... If your ip is flagged by cloudflare, you'll be forced to solve a captcha before entering the forum

Well, i'm not a mod, i'm not the one who found your ban, i'm not the one that's going to report your account... But yes... You'll probably get banned for one copy/paste... Sure, there are dozens of other people that copy/paste, and the only reason they're not banned is because they weren't caught.

Plagiarism isn't a trifle, it's one of biggest problems here. I'm not doing any bounty e.t.c my copy/paste hasn't got any goals regarding number of posts per day
It doesn't matter. Copy paste is against the rules, no matter you participate in bounty or no. Rules are same for everyone.

Probably it's this reason. I knew people, from different countries who experienced similar, some were demotivated for joining, but others just payed, the fee is small. I think it's ok, if you consider your participation in forum seriously - why not to pay. And if you take part in bounties, 1 or 2 bounties can pay more than this small fee
