Nice! I think Promotion matters alot.  If the project is useful and irresistible many will come.

If you can convince popular youtubers and  crypto 'influencers' to use it then it is a site worth using.
You should consider adding a donation button.
Good job.

Thanks man, the donation page is already set here: https://clica.net/clica

I'll edit my own tiers to tell people to donate there if they want to support the project. Another way to support is voting on the software by clicking on the like button on this page: https://alternativeto.net/software/clica-net so other people will discover the website as an alternative to Patreon too.

I'm adding more features here and the topic will be updated soon with these new things.

Thank you all Smiley

Done.

Hey ClicaNet looks great man! Interesting concept!  If I may suggest something, please consider adding support for Litecoin too! Why? Sometimes you want to contribute some small amounts to some creators or something, and Bitcoin doesn't really lend itself well for such cases due to higher miner fees when sending and such.

Yes, sure, we plan to accept other coins too (including direct Fiat too, by directly processing credit cards).

Thanks!

Do people have the option of setting up recurring payments by depositing a large amount of BTC onto the website?

Yes, it's actually how the tiers system works. When you subscribe to a tier from some page, the system deducts from your balance every month. In case you haven't enough balance, the system send email notifications asking for you to add more funds: https://imgur.com/a/E2z699n

If you have enough funds, the system deducts again every day 1 until you cancel or edit to another tier.

Since my last message, I did a lot of updates on the platform. I will list below and then write a post about the updates:

-BB Code editor for posts, page descriptions, etc

-Now you can bulk upload images from your device to put inside your post: https://www.clica.net/uploads/attachments/1/GpiqiO3LBu/1813896226696.jpg

-Automatic gallery added on the end of the post, accept all kind of images, gif, jpg, png, etc (when you upload images, the system automatically creates a gallery (all mobile friendly), see a gallery example in this post: https://www.clica.net/posts/create-better-posts-with-the-new-editor-GpiqiO3LBu

-Auto blur the featured images on private posts, example: https://www.clica.net/posts/sample-post-for-mini-supporters-vlK2FQcmA3
The auto blur feature will generate a blur version of your featured image and only members will be able to see the full image, this is a very important feature, because you can show some demo image to attract new members.

-Now you can sell your products too (digital or physical), example: https://www.clica.net/store/clica
As always, you can upload sample images of your product. If the product is digital, the customer download the full product as soon as he buys: https://imgur.com/a/kuxyn6T and physical products, the system asks for the customer's address where the seller will need to ship the product.

-Added the refresh balance link available on the top bar, now when you deposit funds, you don't need to leave the page you are.

More updates coming soon...

Some issues with centering I’ve found. Maybe I did it wrong, otherwise nice work still. This is really coming together.

Hey, just popping in here as a nominal member of the "creative industry". Either on my own peddling my writing skills or lending a helping hand to other artists selling products and goods, I've tried my hand at so many platforms, never tried any of the decentralised or blockchain-based ones like Patreon, as to me, they never really solved the problems of other freelancer platforms, nor did they ever break the hegemony of recognised art platforms like Deviant or even say, suicidegirls. Shop-based gallery types, you'd still find better luck on Etsy and such. So my take is a centralised system still works better, so something like clica, with the option of BTC tipping, is good.

Had started a few months ago a sort of gallery for a young artist, but exam year put a pause to that - might try out something like Clica but have to admit, viewership seems a tad low if exposure is all we're looking for. And then an easy shop interface is better so might be tempted to try your store feature.

Hi there. Thanks for supporting clica's crowdfunding page  Smiley

I received your message yesterday, you did everything right, I updated the system today to allow the center tag, now it's working: https://www.clica.net/apsisonline

I'm adding more features this month and I'm waiting more users to release the "explore" page, where everyone will be able to see the pages there.

Thank you very much!

Yes, but the traffic will increase and when I create the explore feature, new members will be able to see your page too. There are new members showing up and building their pages there (some porn pages too), the traffic started to increase more.

We need more pages to start the 'explore' feature and to promote much more the platform. Hope to see your page and store there =)

Thanks.

Edit: Today I updated the deposit screen adding more options to instructing the user where to buy bitcoins.

https://i.imgur.com/yZl2W4V.png

-Now the user will see the BuyCoinNow widget with extra links to other options like Coinbase, Coinmama and Coingate.
-Buy with a seller with links to localbitcoins or paxful.
-Buy with a company near you, redirecting to https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com
-Faucets - coming soon

Something important to say is that we don't plan to be a platform based on Bitcoins only. I'm studying to accept new payment methods (including credit card directly).

We launched primarily accepting Bitcoins. But you can expect more options in the future. I already have a merchant account and soon, the direct credit card will be added. I'm studying to create video uploads too for PRO accounts.

And finally... It's official and we are going to put this on the website then: NO PLATFORM FEES

Since the beginning of this month (May, 2019) we are now accepting credit cards too. So, now the payment methods are: Bitcoins and Credit Cards.

More payment methods being added in the next days Smiley
