Hello - I have (3) T9+ all running the same configuration.

Code:
Kernel Version	Linux 3.14.0-xilinx-gb190cb0-dirty #57 SMP PREEMPT Fri Dec 9 14:49:22 CST 2016
File System Version Fri Nov 24 23:19:16 EST 2017
Logic Version T9+-nopreheat

One of the units suddenly started working at 4am today.  I was connecting to all 3 pools.  I changed the pools around and then it suddenly stopped working.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Code:
This is XILINX board. Totalram:       507527168
Detect 512MB control board of XILINX
DETECT HW version=8000c510
miner ID : 80504d2815408814

UPDATE:   One T9+ is working 10.6 GH/s.    Other two have yet to show any miner status.

UPDATE2:   The one working T9+ stopped working after 12 hours after I switched the pools.  Not sure how long it will take to restart.

UPDATE3:   Relocated miners.  Rebooted router again.  Now I have 2 T9+ working.   Any ideas what a reboot of the router is doing?

Do you have stable ping or internet?
Have you check the hasboard temp from the status dashboard?
Have you tried to upgrade your firmware to the latest version? If not do this first and check if it works.

If you can do a screenshot with your miner status post it here.

Also can you post the complete kernel logs here or in pastebin so that we can find the problem easily.

This is strange, i did a little research for you and found this > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2899438.0

while appeantly you don't seem to have the wrong firmware but it could still possibly be a firmware issue. so try to flash another firmware also make sure it is the correct firmware. be aware that T9 and T9+ firmware are different.

Try flashing the miner to the latest firmware you can get the firmware from http://service.bitmain.com/ and then test it again.

If you still having issue with the same problem the only way that I know to fix this issue is to flash the hashboard with working hex file.

Check this link repair a T9 + after a bad firmware (lost chain).

This looks like a pool or connection/network problem , i am 99% sure.

based on the fact that you can only get 1 working miner at the time, then I am willing to bet the horse that this is a network problem.
i guess if you turn of the currently working miner, turn on the original miner, it will work.

this could be the cause of these 2 following:

1- you are using a static IP which is similar on all ASICs, so once you restart the router, the router works based on first come first serve, whoever make the hand shake, get's the IP , the other one sit there and cry all night.

2-your DHCP client has a limited IPs to give, maybe you have other devices along with the single working miner that is fully utilizing all the IPs on your dhcp table.

*so if you do turn the working miner off, then turn your router off and on again, wait 2 mins, turn the original one on and it works. then we know your problem is router related, and i will tell you how to fix it in.

if my theory is wrong , then try this

try these in order, 1 at the time , reboot after every trial and you need to allow 10 mins at least after each reboot

1-copy paste the pool info from the working T9, make sure you copy it exactly , confirm you have no trailing spaces

2-change the network setting on the miner, if it's DHCP , give it a static IP address, copy the DNS and other info from the working T9, everything must be kept the same except for the last part of the IP needs to be something different, for example if the working IP is showing
192.168.1.40
the ip on the non working miner should be 192.168.1.45 or 192.168.1.30 or 192.168.1.67

3- back up the firmware from the working miner, put it in the non working miner, if it has static IP, make sure you turn off the working miner , then restart the non working miner

report back , if i take too long to respond , feed free to shot me a pm.

agree networking issue.  using DHCP.  Plenty of addresses using Asus tri-band router.  I have two working T9+ right now and will try to get the 3rd working once I find a suitable outlet.  I have asked bitmain for insights regarding network issues / bmminer restart but none yet.

you will be amazed with the little to no info bitmain support has  Grin .  bitmain will only suggest a reset and a reboot or sending the miner back to china to have it fixed. for years i had to tackle my own problems and received 0 help from their support. so i wouldn't count on them.

but honestly this this is a network that you have to fix by yourself. there is plenty of room of asus tri-band , is it 3200? i doubt you can fully utilize the dhcp table, there is well over 200 IPs to be given, but your default setting might be limiting the DCHP table to a certain number of ips.

also i wouldn't rely on dhcp , for my small farm i use DHCP setting on the miner but i force the router the to give each miner a static IP based on mac address, so even if i flush a new fw or reset the miner the ip it's going to take is always the same. after applying these settings i have not had a single problem network related since then.
