Doesn't matter what we think, market show green it's doesn't mean it could not be red again. If you look on market deeply then you can see that most of alt coins are still red. Only few coins are growing with Bitcoin. Only few alt coins volume are increasing and pumping hard. We can say it's pure manipulation. That's why most of alts coin are on down trend. If most of alts on green candle then we can say market is green. But unfortunately it's not. However if Bitcoin keep stable above 4K for while then we can expect market going to green.
