You are bending the participants to not be honest. So they must pretend and post positive reports and comments even when it is not so?
This criterion is to prevent participants from engaging in fraudulent activities by using bots to duplicate fake usernames to get more bounty rewards. FYI, we found 5,000 more fake usernames joining this bounty and they never posted a single word, finally we reject their participation.
