What is your favorite gambling movie?

21 and Ocean’s eleven is a great gambling movie and you can really see their how gambling works. We also have movies locally here in my place about gambling but I don’t remember the title of that one. This great movies showing that in gambling the owners will always win and those who cheat on casinos will always be caught. I wish to watch new gambling movies in the future that will tackle more about the risk, to discourage young people from gambling.

Ocean's 11 is not a gambling movie, its more of an action flick. It does take place in a casino but there is almost no gambling in it.

Casino Royale is not a gambling movie either, its just the name of the film. It does however have one gambling scene but like Ocean's 11 its more of an action flick.

In my opinion the best gambling films are 21 and Rounders, you can watch them multiple times and never get bored.

Even its not a gambling movie, 21 is still the best. It portrays how you can hack card games using only numbers, logic and probability. I love how the game works and how it ended. But it still made me think if that strategy really works or not. But to think that it really does work, my memory cannot cope up with the tactic. Sadlife. Haha.

Does Ocean's 11 fall in this category? Anyway, I love that movie especially the part where they disguised as a SWAT team and deceived the casino owner (what a witty move). Adide from that, I also enjoyed God of Gamblers. It was an old movie but a classic one which not only focuses on gambling but also action scenes.

We are the same favorite movie the Casino Royale, I like those strategy and technique using by them.

I don't how many version the movie entitled "The Gambler" I like that movie too there's a lot of actions episodes not only focus on gambling.
There's a lot of movies related to gambling, but mostly I'd like if those having a special trick to defeat the opponents.

Obviously can'y deny it casino royal movie is very fun and excitement, but i like the movie about the young man playing poker in Las Vegas i forget the little its fun and exciting movies the story between money and life.

I think I haven’t seen a lot of gambling movies that are probably related to it but my favorite one is 21. That inspired me to be more risky and to know how to count cards but it’s pretty hard. I haven’t even tried to do it in an actual casino because I don’t have the proper training or something.

Mostly all the most fun and entertaining movies that has the gambling genre has something illegal in it. Lol.

Lol, God of Gamblers was a epic movie back then. I used to watch them when I was young and dream that I have the same powers to change cards, hehehe. 21 is also a good movie, specially the card counting scene. I'm sure a lot has been influence by that movie and try to break black jack games all over casino's around the world.

I know! The movie itself is great and has its good plot that I really love. I often imagine myself like the math genius in the movie. Could I also pull off a very complicated stunt like what the character did? It also opened my eyes what the gambling world in Las Vegas really looks like. It made me wonder if it already happened in reality that a loophole in the game really exists. If it does, then many have already tried it and meet the fate the other characters experienced in the movie.

That kind of trick however, would not possible in online gambling I think. That's because those games will surely proof from any strategy I know of. But who knows, May be, there exists a Ben Campbell among online players that is a millionaire by this time since the popularity of online gambling peaked.

I remember liking the movie of Mark Wahlberg, The Gambler. A feel good movie at the end. You can see a typical gambling addict who would risk his entire life just because of his vice. I just hope there's no turning back of his old self after resolving his debt issues. Most people have hard time of doing so.

Mine is titled as "God of Gamblers". It's because the protagonist on that movie is very smart in playing his cards. His ability although is impossible in reality, I was still wondering how rich will I be if I'm capable to do what he's doing.

Watched the trailer with a hope to watch it but did found out too old and may be those typical Chinese funny kind of movies.
