Once you loss your wallet file you will loss everything. You will not get access of your account. But if you have the file and someone hack or steal then the thief/hacker will have same power of you.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

They have access to your coins, as soon as they move them out they are gone.

If your wallet was encrypted before someone stole your wallet.dat file and they didn't know your passphrase will be almost impossible to find it and spend coins, and you must backup your wallet file or private key offline (usb stick or write down on a paper) when you see that your wallet file was stolen (i don't know how you see that, your wallet file dissapeared maybe) then use your backup and send your coins to a new wallet.

When your wallet file has been stolen, the coins inside your wallet for sure will be gone forever and your wallet is not safe anymore because the next coins to come are possible to be stolen too. It is now to better to change tge wqllet you are using and immediately change the address of the coin you are waiting to receive.

If you set you a strong password there then there is a little chance to recover it but most of the cases it cannot be recovered. The investor needs to take better security step to make secure their wallet file because it is extremely important once it got stolen means you lose all the assets.

Once your wallet file is stolen it means there is no way to recover it and you will lose your assets and information. So to make secure your wallet try to buy a hardware wallet which is the top class wallet in the market. Hardware wallet will help you to save your wallet file.

If your wallet.dat file is stolen, you may still have access to your coins if you already have set a passphrase. If you don't set one, you will lose everything.
This is true, so you must develop the habit of setting a password for your wallet, which is the last line of defense to protect your assets.

This is a very simple and easy incident that if anyone steals your wallet he won't wait to transfer it from your wallet. So I can't expect to get back my money though I can access my wallet. I said it for the accounts like as Private Key wallet.
