Correct, this is by design. The 'counted airtime' takes into account real activity and balances the time budget. Else the system would be overly advantageous to people who use the internet 24/7 vs regular people, there needs to be balance. Also it prevents bots from abusing the system, even though we have detection systems in place, it is another layer of protection, since the cost of bots running for 24h would only accrue 2h max and would therefore be 10x less profitable.

The next step is staking plans (i.e. locking X amount of tubes in your wallet) that will unlock more airtime per day.

Yes, but AirTime is calculated per account. Using two devices simultaneously on the same account will ignore one of the devices, or give a 'suspicious activity' alert.

I think it is maybe because the Bit-tube addon should analyze the website you are viewing to be able to remove the code to not display advertisements? It can be considered as a kind of virus.
An extension can also read anything you type on a webpage.

That's why you should be careful when using an extension on your browsers. It is better to have another internet browser without any extension if you want to do private things on the internet to stay safe.
And still have hope that the browser is safe and don't do malicious things.

You posted this 6 months ago and you have a nearly complete and better product and wallet then most projects.
The best wallet install and overall wallet in crypto i love the layout and all the obtains it has is awesome

I know that it can be seen as a bad thing to use this extension. But i still believe that BitTube is a good project.
It is not the fault of the BitTube team that an extension can access everything on a webpage. As all extensions can do it.
On their blog, they are talking about making their own browser.
I am still using the extension and it is now harder to get TUBE. I only use the browser with the extension for surfing.

False positive. Why would we ever put a virus in the extension when it can be easily identified. We're not here to scam anybody, that makes no sense. Most extensions can read and adjust your webpage. That's what ad blockers and script blockers do, too.

If you're worried about keyloggers I would start with Windows 10's telemetry engine. Just saying.
