The coming new year 2023 is one the high expectation of the bitcointalk forum members. If not all, 99% are expecting bitcoin market to go up. So the celebration of the Christ born day is also to the new year high expectation. The celebration is still going on, today is another festival of boxing.

LOL! I remember this scene, but not from the original movie but from "Home Alone". 

Little off-topic, but I couldn't resist from posting . Actually, there is no original movie, this scene was filmed specially for Home Alone. Once I wanted to find this movie and watch, but only found this infromation .

Seriously? I did not know that. The line has become a popular catchphrase but I always thought it was from some old black and white movie, but popularized by Kevin from Home Alone. Thanks for this info.

I hope everyone got something nice, whether a gift for oneself or a gift from a treasured person. Hopefully everyone now has more Bitcoin than they had before!

We should perhaps think of a new traditional way for Bitcointalk to celebrate the oncoming new years in a way that only a true Bitcointalker could appreciate. If anyone has any ideas on that, feel free to mention anything!

christmas greetings to everyone on this forum (though its a bit late now) and Happy new year.
2022 was mix year for bitcoin, as it started his 2022 journey from 50k and the price kept going down and down. There were few ralies in between but price never crossed 50k. For me its still a good year as its going and giving us opportunity to buy bitcoin for HODLing. Happy HODLing also.

I keep putting alot of emphasis on the REASON FOR THE SEASON; we haven't got much time to keep celebrating, even though it feels that we should.... How could the time be so short?? and you won't even get a glimpse of the last quarter of time you spent, then you'll get to realize that we're out of 2022 already?? Time's just so fuckin' fast ..like wtf?
This thread was created a long - long time ago....and I guess it's kinda customary in here, to celebrate the season of love. If you've got some bucks, presents you'd wanna share (ofcourse, ....."and he GAVE HIS only begotten son" so yeah, it's all bout giving out willfully), then you shouldn't hesitate to move down to orphanages/ hospitals or even the streets in your local community and let these items to them.. don't wait until someone begins to post photographs of that already, get inspired with this for the few days left.... It's might not mean anything but it means alot to them out there. Have a blessed week.

Time flies and it wait for no man, we just concluded the celebration of the Christmas annual festive season and comes in is another big celebration for a new year 2023 in less than 40hrs to go, if we give it a recap althrough the year what we've been through and how we were able to adapt life iself to this stage we could see how far we've been helped in diverse means where our efforts does not commiserate with the results we have achieved but all by grace, which makes it an advise for us to set targets for the new year and plan ahead for a better days to come, same applies to our presence on the forum, let's make it worthwhile and a thing of celebration, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance.

Its now 5 years since i created that Thread and its again that time to say and wish all the Users ,
Helpers and Staff ( Admins , Global Mods and Moderators) and there Familys , Merry Christmas to you all , that are celebrating it.
Have some good nice Holidays and hopefully a good time with your loved ones , and for sure maybe a few nice christmas gifts under the tree.
Even there was some ups and downs this year i want to thank everbody that helped to keep the Forum clean and contributed in a good way.
