I've got several pre-paid VISA cards of $75.00 CAD and I'm wondering if there's an exchange that I could use these at without providing identification? I was also looking on P2P marketplaces, but their exchange rates are a bit lower, and I don't really like dealing with people anyway. If there's no exchanges, it's fine and I'll probably buy a bus ticket to the nearest BTC atm with the VISA cards. Or perhaps provide identification and buy DASH and move it around between a few wallets first.

You could try Virwox.com. It's one of the oldest exchanges out there but you shouldn't expect good rates, the fees will be high compared to other exchanges.

You may use OTC with localbitcoins and I doubt they will ask for identification at all so that is a way to go. One way I know and used once was getting steam wallet and than selling it on some skins website and withdrawing with bitcoin. That puts a lot of middleman in between and takes a way a good chunk of your profits of course.

Bitquick last I remember had an option to buy small amounts without identification, I don't recall what was the amount you were allowed to buy without any ID but I think you will be fine for 75 dollars.

The best option would probably be looking for an ATM near you and going there, that way you can purchase bitcoin without any ID and you could withdraw with minimum fee's and get as much as you want without worrying about anything.

If you choose to buy bitcoins using alternative cryptocurrencies and not fiat, then you could do that across several exchanges without having to divulge your personal information.
With cash payments then Over The Counter trades would be the most secure option, especially fot large transactions.

It seems you wanna trade with a huge amount, and most exchanges do not require identification for some amount when trading, lets say from 100 dollars down.
So it maybe down to the amount you intend to trade with
You could check out localbitcoins, the last time I checked they do not require user ID or you could also trade via OTC

Your main options are Virwox (as OmegaStarScream pointed out) or peer-to-peer exchanges. Virwox has ridiculous fees and I'm honestly not even sure if your prepaid card will work there. They accept credit cards for buying BTC but prepaid cards can be very finicky. The rates are probably better on Paxful, Bisq, or LocalBitcoins. You might encounter sellers who want your ID but for such small amounts I think you can find someone to do it.

ATMs are case-by-case. Some older ATMs didn't require any ID, but these days you usually need at least a cell phone SMS verification if not a scanned ID as well.

You're right not to trust traders on p2p, but that to me only applies to otc or face2face trading. I don't necessarily trust traders there more but if it's online trades only as with localbitcoins, or basically any trade done over bisq, then your purchase is already secured by escrow and in the latter case, multisig wallet. Don't trust the person, trust the platform!

Be prepared to pay fees or worse rates with prepaid. Simply isn't the most liquid currency around. I wouldn't take that for anything less than 10%.

If you're selling BTC, you need to worry about reversed payments with bank transfers, gift cards, etc. because of fraud. That's why people like the OP get crappy rates.

Honestly, I prefer face-to-face cash trading with reputable traders. You cut out the escrow fee and there's no need to trust a third party to hold funds (among other benefits that won't be mentioned here). Cash on the table in a public place has never done me wrong. It's not fool-proof though: you need to have common sense, which a lot of people don't have. With brand new traders who act shady, just walk away.

Very true, but that's precisely why the rates are terrible for those payments that have reversal risks. OP wants better rates, then he's got to find better means. As it is, as the buyer, he's safe as soon as he gets escrow released and he withdraws it.

Never done f2f with LBC, despite some traders I deal with having that option. Even chat with a few of them so probably I'm at a level I'm comfortable enough to trust them like that if the need ever arose. I guess I'm not doing any volumes worth the risk, yet. Maybe when I'm a whale or something!

I am not an expert in this field but if I can give advice, according to my experience, I have bought bitcoin using a credit card at https://paybis.com, the fee is only $ 5, if you interest please try it, but if you mind please search the new one.

If we will not 100% sure in something then we can we do that thing with the confusion and the doubt so making the right way to do it's always a good idea because in future if there is any problem then we will be the victim for that so identification is very important to exchange in recent times.

The only exchange I knew that has not requiring any identification was decentralized exchange like Fordelta, Idex, or etherdelta. But majority of the exchange so far to convert your bitcoin into fiat are all centralized exchange were known as a company that are categorize in regulated business.
