I doubt there is such a place. To sell land for cryptocurrency, it means having the legal matters settled (somehow). It usually means involving lawyers, paying taxes, etc., which rules out the direct usage of cryptocurrencies as means of payment.

You can simplify the whole process, for example, by first selling your land for fiat money, and then using the money to buy cryptocurrencies.

Also, it is possible that in some foreseeable future, there will be a real-life solution for representing material objects on the blockchain. When that time comes, you will indeed be able to swap material objects for cryptocurrencies just like that, without too much complications. I think we are still decades away from that possibility.

I want to agree with you, but only in part.

It would be really difficult to sell land now to a non-resident of his country. But at the same time, inside the country, I still admit such an opportunity, when the buyer and seller are sufficiently oriented in the laws of their country.

For example, the land can be issued as a gift, and the cryptocurrency can simply be transferred from the wallet to the wallet.

But this is lizh one of the options I see.

I express my gratitude for your participation in my question !!!

There is no platform available in the market which facilitates such trade using cryptos. Probably you want to list your land in some local classified websites with an intention to sell and negotiate personally with the buyer to use crypto for the trade. But if you are looking for an organized platform to sell a piece of land using cryptos, there is none!

I am a simple men from Russia.
I have land (land plots) that I would like to sell for Cryptocurrency.

Your question is similar to stupidity, because it is simply impossible to sell land for cryptocurrency!
Do not you know that to sell the land You need to prepare a package of documents, to assess the land and conclude a contract of sale.
Sale of land is based on the Land Code of the Russian Federation so you need to prepare documents confirming your ownership of the land, and if the land was purchased by you after 31.01.1998, then you must have a Certificate of state registration of land rights.

In this regard, the question arises: Do you have any land at all if you ask such questions? How are you going to legally register the land by selling the land for cryptocurrency? (which of course is impossible) how do you organize ofarmenia documents on the new owner?
It is logical that if you are going to sell it you still have to make a deal legally, get approval in Rosreestra and only then get real money for it. Then you can transfer the money earned in cryptocurrency buying bitcoin if you need it

You are probably trying to avoid regulations. I believe it is possible in some countries, don't know about Russia. but even to a Russian it may be possible. You can announce your land in a local newspaper/website and say that you accept btc?

It is not stupid. Hr is trying to avoid regulations. He lives in a country where the government is very powerful and the economy is not as Free as in Europe or USA.

I don't find any site that you can sell things or any product with cryptocurrency but there is one site that I know where you can sell your product which I think the best site to your offer.

Do you know about purse.io? They also have a merchant page where you can sell anything from their site. If you want to sell you can go to this link below.

I still do not understand your question, why don't you sell it with cash? Then  you can use that money to convert  cryptocurrency  if you want.Land is a great value product, I think there are currently no websites that do it in your country even though Russia is a big country.

Except for one on one buying I don't think there is a site where landed properties are listed for sell and payments in cryptocurrency due to the fact that the cryptocurrency network is still at it development stage and at that people are still skeptical about it process, but I believe with time people will begin to accept payments for goods and services in crypto.

You definitely need a help from someone who understands how crypto works.
It's easier for you to sell your land in exchange for crpypto but do consider the legality as well.
In the scenario, provided that you have the person who can help you the risk should not be on your part, because you can request that you
receive the crypto first prior signing a deed of sale. Crypto transactions are irreversible so the next action is just to sell it and cash out your money.

Once again I want to thank those who took part in this discussion.

I want to make some clarity!

I perfectly understand the laws of my country. And I also want to note that I do not want to circumvent the statutory rules.

I just wondered about the alternative sale of a real material object for cryptocurrency.

Perhaps simply this question would be correctly solved in the Russian segment of this form. But so far no one has shown interest in this issue.

I believe that sooner or later we will come to the conclusion that smart contracts will make such property transfer transactions possible.

Currently, the issue of cryptocurrency in Russia is not fully established. So cryptocurrency in Russia is not prohibited! But there is also no regulation in the area of cryptocurrency resolution in Russia.

I hope that I could at least a little clarify the discussion. Thank you all again for joining.

I believe that sooner or later we will come to the conclusion that smart contracts will make such property transfer transactions possible.

Probably later. Smartcontracts cannot interact with any data from outside the blockchain.
The way blockchain is designed does not allow it to interact with outside data. You will need an Oracle for that, and there is no functional Oracle yet.

This is why all smartcontracts for now are icon related, or tokens exchanges (like Dex or whatever). And some few minigames like cryptokitties (cryptokitties are just a different kind of token, erc721)

A land transfer by smartcontract is not possible for now, because land property transaction is not registered in he blockchain

A day will come when people will not be selling the crypto for Fiat, rather they will be using crypto as a money and will buy sell goods with it. That will be the time when we see the true usage of bitcoins and also that will be the end of fiat forever as we will no longer be interested in converting bitcoins to cash.

I guess you have to search it offline because there isn't a platform that provides what you want right now. You might be able to try to find a buyer on social media and make transactions to peer to peer with it. and it will be easier if you sell it first with fiat then after you have fiat money you can buy  cryptocurrency.

Actually, its hard to know if there is a website which you can sell your material for any kind of cryptocurrencies. However, if you want to sell your real material I think you should create your own website which is online store so they can buy your product by using cryptocurrencies.

Selling your land now for cryptocurrencies is not advisable now but if that is what you have decided then it is better you invest in coins that you know have large market capitalization.

I don't suggest you to sell any of your assets to invest on crypto currencies, but if that land is affordable money to lose then try investing on crypto currencies where the return is more than compared to any other investments, where the return is high the risk is also high too.

But study about crypto currencies before investing then you can know what kind of crypto investment is suitable for you.

buying and selling the currency always depend upon the investment and investor experience because if we thought someone's idea it will not correct in all time that's why if you want to buy yourself choose your own decision .

OP you will likely have to sell your land for fiat money and then exchange that for cryptos.

I don't know how your legislation works, but where I'm from the notary will only register the land in someone else's name if they can provide full banking proof of payment.

Banks will not emit this proof in cryptocurrency.

Therefore if your system is anything similar, then you'll need to finish the transaction in fiat and then buy Bitcoins.

As far as I know there is nothing stopping you from selling your real estate for crypto in legal sense, the important part is for you to sign over the house to someone else, you can even give your house away for free if you want and no one would mind it, at least that's like that in couple countries but I don't know how it is in Russia.

The problem here is you will have to pay taxes on getting paid and you would have to show your crypto and how much you have and the calculation will be done regarding that but I am not too sure if Russia likes the idea of crypto taxes just yet. Ukraine for example made it tax exempt but Russia is still not pro-crytpo so far.

Also, there are not many crypto real estate websites so far (why hasn't anyone started it I don't know) so you will not be capable of listing your place on any website and need to find buyer yourself.
