I'd like you to consider my message. I think I was auto-banned by mistake. I learned that (12/12/2018) I was suspended from the forum because of spam or plagiarism. But all the messages I write are my own. Certainly, I'm not quoting anywhere in my writings. My writing consists entirely of my own ideas. I never send spam messages. I need my account. Please check again.

Someone proposed automatically unbanning accounts when specific amount of merit earned by banned accounts. However, I don't believe the admin will consider and implement it.
Mainly because the implementation might highly lead to more merit abusements; one more thing, plagiarism deserves bans (probabaly from bots, and if from real users who are likely lazy users).

Yes, you're right. Messages are very similar because they contain wishes. This post was sent 13 months ago. (30/11/2017) My account was banned on 12/12/2018. I have 224 posts since 13/07/2017. It is a very heavy punishment for my account to be permanently banned due to a similar 1 post.

There is a very big difference between being similar and being the exact same. In your case, it is clearly a copy paste scenario since even the word caps are the exact same in your post as they are in the other.

Punishment for plagiarism is a permanent ban. So there is nothing heavy here since the punishment you've got is totally correct for the kind of mistake you've committed. And, it has nothing to do about when you've done it. As soon as you are reported or are caught by a mod, you get banned for doing it.

While I'm very sure this may not be the only reason why you've been banned,or probably may not be the only plagiarised posts you have,but it's sure enough to get you banned,not only is it copy pasted,but exactly word for word with the exact characters(small case and large case)
And also one plagiarised post amongst a million could get one banned, so it's nothing new

Ots stated there in BPIP that the account is auto banned by moderators. And I doubt that the decision would be reversed. It's a clear case of copy pasting.

We are not sure that is the exact offense, it's just the one that was found while surfing through the account.
And it is not harsh.
Every user should be able to to read the forum rules. And when failing to do that and spam the forum for personal gains by copying zero quality contents, a ban is well deserved.

Last active depicts the last time the user accessed a page on Bitcointalk. This is regardless of whether they are banned or not.

In any case, it seems like a lot of members want to start going easier on plagiarists like yourself, so maybe one day some change will be implemented whereby you wouldn't get permabanned for an offense like yours (though I think that's the wrong direction for bitcointalk to be going in).  Until then, however, don't expect to be unbanned.

Please note that, we have this conversation for 1 out of 224 posts. Bitcointalk rules are not The Torah, The Bible or The Quran. It may change over time. I personally find it wrong to have such strict rules. It is promising that this issue will be discussed and that 72.2% of the voters will think like me.

Please note that you've just been shown to be a liar as well as a plagiarizer.  Both of those populations tend to think the rules are too strict when they're facing the consequences of breaking them. 

Those statistics are crap, BTW.  Guaranteed a lot of scammy sock puppets voted and obviously a lot of members didn't vote at all.  This forum doesn't need to go easier on liars/thieves like you IMO and if it does, I hope it's in the form of a permanent signature ban instead of a permaban.
