hi i was trying to update my antminer t9+ with the latest firmware, when I try it  an error comes out

the message that appears is:

Code:
mount: mounting ubi1:rootfs on /mnt/config failed: Invalid argument mkdir: can't create directory '/mnt/config/home/usr_config': No such file or directory cp: can't create '/mnt/config/home/usr_config/': No such file or directory umount: can't umount /mnt/config: Invalid argument mount: mounting ubi1:rootfs on /mnt/upgrade failed: No such file or directory runme.sh: cd: line 126: can't cd to /mnt/upgrade/upgrade umount: can't umount /mnt/upgrade: No such file or directory

I'm trying to update my firmware because my antminer is mining with 9.5th instead of 10.5 , the chain number 12 does not appear

Try to reset it first you can follow the guide from here Three Ways to Restore Factory Settings (R4/S9/T9) and then check the hashrate again.

Also, you can try this firmware from Bitmain Antminer-T9+-all-201811211435-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz
and read this description below about this firmware

Code:
1. Not support C5 control board.
2. Reduce power consumption.
3. Automatically abort the upgrade if the criterion is not met.
4. Please revert to the previous version if the miner is not stable after upgrade.

If your miner doesn't meet the criterion the upgrade process will stop based on the description and if your control board is c5 the firmware is incompatible so the required firmware for your miner is this one Antminer-T9-PLUS-all-201711242319-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz.

Weird, I also had this problem when I tried to flash the newer firmware to my T9+.

Ignore scammers on Skype, Telegram, etc. I will only ever contact you via forum PMs. See profile for fingerprint.

Try to reset it first you can follow the guide from here Three Ways to Restore Factory Settings (R4/S9/T9) and then check the hashrate again...

I tried this and now I can't find the ip, it doesn't appear on the router's devices...

**UPDATE**

I find the ip, then I reset it from factory and the hashrate was the same 9.2th, I tried to update the firmware and the same error...

**UPDATE**

I fix the hashrate's problem, but I still can't update the firmware...
