Please un-ban my account

Dear Mr/Mrs!
Few days ago I found my Bitcointalk account(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1544609) banned and it got me very upset. My account is extremely important for my project _ World Bit Bank! So I found out that one of my assistants used an account for individual, commercial issues. I fired him and now all I am asking about is to un-ban my account. I promise you that I will follow all the forum rules and I will check each of my workers on following your rules. I am an active Bitcointalk user and I hope that you understand my position and help me to activate account once again.

What did the ban message say?  Did it say what the ban was for or if it was a temp-ban or a permanent one?

There is no excuse for this. Your promising not to break the rules won't help you if you have already broken any of them in the past.

Only the admin can decide whether to unban your account or not but plagiarism is not suitable for the forum as using someone's work as yours will make a new post with the same content as the original and the new post will be considered as spam and spam is not good for the forum. There's so many users that has been banner for plagiarism and I never heard or know that there is a user that is unbanned from being ban.

In this case there is no decision to be made,the rules are the rules and until it changed as has been clamored for all month long, plagiarism=permaban,and OP is only allowed this thread(appeal)in meta, posting outside this thread is evading his or her ban and would also get banned
Even if something was to be done about plagiarism,OP's case is a clear one of copy pasting, exactly word for word for financial gain.

This is sad reality and you must have move on with this because for sure no one can help you now to lift the ban here. You should know the forum rules before you copy and paste some of your posts. You should also read the sticky threads on the top so that you will not be able or it will going to minimize violations in this forum.

He has been using this account outside his thread about the ban, and that is considered ban evasion. Hence he's broken another rule of the forum and doesn't deserve any kind of consideration at all.

According to modlog the user got banned within the last week, while the previous post with this account was ~two weeks ago. I think there's no evasion yet.
