What I'm thinking is the decision maker is you so you can do anything that you want because the profit and loss only handle by you so you can wish to stay in this market you can do otherwise the last are happening in your trading you can withdraw from this.

I have never heard about this exchange! After researching 15 Minutes, I can ensure you this is a scam or fraud exchange. You said your friend couldn't withdraw 0.5 BTC from this exchange, then why you want to spend  0.015 BTC there? Therefore, hundreds of good exchanges are live now, then why you would choose this shit exchange? Please avoid those eye catchy offer or bonus, they are fake! Be aware, save your crypto.

It’s out responsibility to search about the site are moving with because it is not good to trade or to invest blindly. Therefore scammers are scamming for people are not working well and they trust without knowing anything about the website. It is really hard to make an account in a new exchange platform. Especially if the platform is unknown at the coinmarketcap, so in your case I guess you got scammed by this site pal. Because for me I'm not using any exchange which I know it has a high volume and established traders to their community as well.

There are ahundreed new crypto exchange on the market and i think not that all legit and trusted.  So we have to becarefull when choose exchange. Choose that really legit,  regulated,  and they have good reputation.  In my opinion Bitttrex and Poloniex  is some of the exchanges  that trusted one.

Most of the are legit but are you willing to risk your money (coins) and take the risk that anytime this sites could be hack?

No exception actually, as long as you put your money in an exchange, it's always vulnerable to hack and that is the risk, but you can minimize the risk by selecting a well trusted exchange and that has been existing for so long already, and of course with less issues.
