These two are quite contradictory.

Are you using "Ads", (Popads etc) to send traffic to someone's said, or are you generate (fake) traffic from a "program" to his site? There's a world of difference here, which should be clarified before anyone should even think of buying this.

You also didn't specify whether the traffic is legit at all, adsense safe etc, or what the demographics/background of your traffic is. (PTC? Organic? What niche?)
