Right time to invest on crypto for me. As well as I will suggest to you also, it's right time to invest. Most of coin are yearly dip including Bitcoin. So for what you should wait ? If Bitcoin drop to 3K people's will predict for 2K. If Bitcoin raise 4K people's will predict for 5K. How are you going to trust them? No one can exactly say where is the dip. Very difficult to say, as there are no signs yet that the bear market is coming to an end.
It may depend on which coin you are thinking of buying - ETH is very low against BTC at the moment, so might be a good time to buy and then trade it back to BTC when it has risen.
In dollar terms it's more difficult.

Well I think now is good to buy some cheap but solid coins as well as buy ICOs like OreToken.
