Yes, it is a good time to buy coins, its low on posted price, the market looks good, its all green again, it is on the way to recovery. We may experience bumpy market on this last quarter but i am optimistic that once the crypto  market fully recovered from the previous hiccups it will be more favorable again toward the ist quarter of the 2019. If you are new in the cryptıcurrency market i would recommend you to stay out of here, specially in first two week of 2019. But if you are in market in sometimes i would recomend you to stay here and try to gain some which you loose. Unpredictable market conditions has braked all our plans in 2018 but as far as i can see it couldn't take our hopes.
